Awful experience. 5 days after placing an order AND being charged for it, I am notified items are on back order for at least 2 weeks. Why would I be charged for an out of stock item? Why would I even be allowed to ORDER an out of stock item?? It’s because their company and website are a complete joke. Their website is antiquated… Like 1980’s technology. They also make you snail mail prescriptions to them. And vets have to use a fax machine! Really? It’s 2023. Mail and fax? How about email and electronic transmissions!! I’m convinced there is one person running this company out of their house. And they use AOL as their internet service! I placed two other orders at the same time. I got a notification from the shipper saying a shipping label was created but they haven’t received the package yet. That was 2 days ago. I’m not confident I will ever receive ANYTHING from these people, despite having paid them over $400. I will definitely not be ordering from them ever again. Not sure at all how they are even in business!

No communication, no product, no tracking and no reply to emails.

Placed an order on November 25. Charged instantly. Received nothing until right befort Christmas. No shipping info, no order acknowledgement. NOTHING. Did send me emails wanting me to buy more stuff. Finally complained to PayPal and they helped me get half my order. So today is January 2 and I have one of the two things I ordered on November 25. They continue to send emails wanting me to buy things. Unreal.

Do not set up an auto ship with this company! I had to skip a shipment because I was going to be out of town. I received a confirmation message that the shipment was cancelled, and then they shipped it anyway. When I called customer service, they refused to refund my money until I return the item (despite the shipment being their fault). I explained that I will not be home for another week which is why I skipped the shipment in the first place. The item I ordered has to be refrigerated so by the time I get back from vacation, it will be ruined (again - this is why I skipped the shipment). I have to be inconvenienced to take the item to a FedEx office, I have to be without my money until I return an item I ultimately did not order. Apparently, inconveniencing a customer because you made an error is perfectly acceptable to Entirely Pets Pharmacy. I cancelled all future orders and will not be doing business with this company ever again. I strongly recommend that you do not either!!!

Do NOT SHOP HERE..THEY are no longer reliable..Their technology and customer service is non existent.!! I ordered product for my dog on Sept 5th and the order was" pended for days"claiming" my Vet never responded to their prescription request.!!?That day my vet received many faxes and e-mails.. theirs WAS NOT ONE OF THEM.!!.the problem was on their end. Furthermore your cannot speak to a live representative. This company's reliability has declined.. DO NOT ENTRUST THE WELL BEING OF YOUR PET WITH THEM..!!!! It is worth your peace of mind to pay a little more..

No promised call back, no responses to emails. No return call from message left on answering machine. Will not buy from again.

Pretend to sell stuff they do not have in stock for 3 months. Completely worthless as far as stating when they will have it in stock.

Ordered a Prescription item for my horse on November 19. 2021. Finally shipped (?) on December 08, 2021 but lost in transit (?). Promised 2-day reshipment but sent by same company (Ontrac). Never arrived as of January 11, 2022. Not sure if this Pharmacy is a Scam or just incredibly incompetent Customer service seems to be just telling the customer whatever will get them off the phone with no follow through. BUYER BEWARE!
