Terrible experience. They approved the flea prescription for all of our animals and sent an email saying they were all approved. Then days later sent an email saying they had reached out to the veterinarian and I saw the order was still pending. I cancelled the whole thing and we went straight to our veterinarian for the medicine. It's easy to give a discount when you never send the medicine.

They didn’t send any update on the order for few days when I called they said the item just went out of stock and they would end up shipping after 1 week.

They cannot ship to my state and jerked me around for 3 days before telling me this! Do not waste your time they are terrible!

I just saw that this company has a 1 star overall rating!!! I know why. I just received a dewormer that goes by weight, but when you order it doesnt tell you. It should have a pop up that says how much does your dog weigh to ensure you get the right amount sent to you. Instead I got enough med for 1 half of 1 dose. apparently, I needed 15 ounces for my 41 pound dog , but received 3 ounces. I called and was told I should have known!

Will never use them again. Took over 3 weeks to get my dog's prescription as they "were out of stock". I tried contacting them repeatedly to get a status, they DON'T answer their phones, they DON'T return messages, they DON'T answer the "chat box", and they DON'T answer emails. Terrible experience. I eventually ordered from another place, and received the prescription within 1.5 days.

The website says the product is in stock and then after you order it they say it's back ordered. They have no response when you contact them.

Buyer Beware! I placed an order and include their Valentines Day Coupon, LOVEU 17%. At checkout the detail included a17% discount that was reflected in the total. The total charged to my CC did not include the discount. Checking the invoice on their website it did not include the discount either. I have sent them two emails which have been ignored. This was my second and last purchase from this DISHONEST web seller.

I ordered a 6-month supply of Simparica Trio in September. After ordering, they said they couldn't get an electronic Rx, I would need to send them a paper one. After weeks of waiting, I saw an email saying they said they couldn't see the attachment and wanted another copy. I simply replied "see attached" and magically they were able to see the Rx. It was there the whole time. A MONTH later in December, they said the Rx was received and sent to the pharmacy for processing. It has been ANOTHER MONTH since that email and nothing. I placed this order FOUR MONTHS ago.
