I, like many other pet owners, found this pharmacy while searching for discounted pet meds. Pet meds continue to increase in price every few months and it’s gotten ridiculous. I was able to get Bravecto for my dogs cheaper than I would have with Chewy or their actual vet. I actually saved about $70 on 4 chews. I see a lot of negative reviews about lack of communication, but EntirelyPets actually went above and beyond with my order. They actually reached out to my vet for the prescription authorization several times before I had to step in. My vet’s office was actually the one holding up progress. I didn’t catch his name, but the gentleman that I spoke with on the phone was super polite and super helpful, and once I provided the info that they needed, they reprocessed and shipped my order super quickly. They also didn’t charge me until They actually shipped my order. I hope that this review helps someone else save a bit of money on their next order. I had a really pleasant experience with them and appreciate their patience with my vet’s office.

Place an order on May 20th. Money was taken out of my account. Was the medication that was supposed to be shipped out two to three day delivery. After 1 week and no shipments called customer service and was told the items were out of stock. I thank them for notifying me and asked when I would get them they said they were still out of stock. I said cancel the order and credit me back. Still a week later, and I have not gotten the credit. You really can't talk to a manager and this is the worst customer service I ever had dealing with pet services. Never ever shop here.

EntirelyPets Pharmacy sold me old stock almost expired medicication for my dog. The medicine would expire before treatment finished. I requested to return product for a refund on April 28th, 2023. EntirelyPets keeps stalling and making excuses for why they can’t help me. I have many emails. I tried calling customer service, customer service said they couldn’t help me, because I wrote emails, and the pharmacy is aware of my complaint and will contact me. Still no contact from the pharmacy. Today is June 5th, 2023 … I again spoke to customer service today, I was told they would call me back within 2 hours, they never called. So I called again, I was offered a $20 credit towards a future purchase with EntirelyPets. I’m still want to return the unopened medication for a refund. How can I make a future purchase with EntirelyPets, after this experience?

I had received an incorrect answer when I called customer service but when I called the second time to ask another question I got to speak to Shaun who is the pharmacy customer service manager. He was such a pleasure to deal with. He was very patient and knowledgeable and got the answers to all my problems. I ended up having to call him back twice for help and each time he was so patient and pleasant. At the end of every call he would say to call him back if I needed anything else. Great experience today! Thank you Shaun

Ordered script May 1. Partially delivered May 16 (after we left on vacation). Five calls to them. Four calls including one Conference call with them and vet). Two complaint emails. NO Response. Done. Finished. Full stop. Another HACK company masquerading as viable and good. You’ve been warned.

The system here is the worst. The customer service that represents this is also rude. Instead of listening to the customer's opinion, he devoted himself to making excuses. They did not contact us about problems or changes in purchases and did not adjust prices accordingly, which raised consumer dissatisfaction. If you want to do business right, you need to improve it quickly.

Paid express shipping...item was on backorder and I wasn't even told that for over a week!!! They told me ( after waiting TWO WEEKS FOR A RETURN EMAIL) that I'd get a full refund if I return the label ..I did so and they STILL WONT REFUND MY MONEY OR THE FAST SHIPPING FEE!!! PERSON ON PHONE WAS A COMPLETE IDIOT AND ASS AND CLAIMED TO BE THE MANAGER?? THANKS FOR NOTHING. NEVER EVER WILL ORDER ONE MORE THING FROM THIS NIGHTMARE COMPANY

worst vet pharmacy they cant fill a simple prescription. i would do without before contacting them ever again. couldn't be worse if they tried
