If it were possible to give a grade BELOW 0, this company has certainly earned it. 1. Place the order/they lose it. 2. Called vet to see if Entirely Pets called for authorization/ Vet staff said No. 3. Call E.P. to ask them to please call our vet (especially since we'd ALREADY paid them)/ E.P. did call BUT on 1 pet, not the 2 I paid for. 4.i could go on, but suffice it to say both the Vet, their staff + myself all agreed that this was a miserable transaction at best!

I didn’t want to pay the 40% markup in veterinary clinics so I went here. It took over a few weeks For them to “get my prescription” I had to stop using 2 pills and give 1 in order to make time. I figured it was partially my fault but now that I had over 4 refills and setup auto delivery’s that I never received the last that was supposed to go out was in August and it never happened. I’m beginning to realize they just don’t care. This is for prescribed meds that my dog NEEDS. I look at my order history and had it setup for every six months and had an order stuck in pending for months never got one. Then I saw my refills were about to expire in 2 weeks so I setup a order. They said they had to talk to the vet. Why I had a prescription on file that had 4 refills that expires in over two weeks. Normally this doesn’t make sense. So I email them. No response. I finally call by this time it’s been 2 weeks and now they tell me they need to get the vet to approve it cause they wasted time. So I get a call from the vet insisting I come in because they can’t do their job. So now it’s 2 days after I spoke to the vet and it’s still pending. I’m about to call AGAIN. To see where my dogs medications are. Horrible service. Inconsistent and no one cares about your dogs health. My dog can’t absorb her food without her medication. She got extremely sick when she was 1 and looses muscle and weight fast. But they don’t seem to care. I will be changing after this gets shipped and get a written script for someone more reliable who actually cares about my pet.

I had an error with my order, it took a few calls to resolve. In credit to your company, you replaced the wrongly shipped item. I also see that you gave an account credit. That was unexpected, but thank you!

Placed an order on 12/2 for standard medication readily available at most stores (Sentinel). Was charged immediately, notified shortly afterward that they contacted my pets' vet. I then had to mail the prescription to EntirelyPets Pharmacy. A week later I received a notification that they had yet to receive my prescription to which I responded to check the mail. I then received a notification of my order for Sentinel for 2 dogs would need to be split because of lack of stock 12/19. It is now 12/30 of which my pets would take their medication and EntirelyPets has told me that the manufacturer is at fault and they are causing the delay in my product being shipped. I've never had this issue with another online pharmacy. Would hesitate to order from EntirelyPets again or if you were needing the medication in a timely manner. A shame that a company charges for a product they cannot ship. Seems sketchy to me. Just got off of the phone, and customer support said that it will still be a few weeks more. Update: 1/14/2020 I'm still waiting on half of my order of Sentinel. I've been contacted numerous times by a representative that was under the impression that my entire order was shipped. When trying to call the 800 number back and enter the extension, it immediately disconnects the line. (Tried multiple times) Had to contact the rep through email. Unfortunately for my pet, this company still has growing pains. Update: 1/28/2020 I've contacted support again to ask about my shipment, I've been told this is their highest priority. Still have NOT fulfilled my order. Update: 2/5/2020 Half of my order has still yet to be shipped. OVER 2 Months!!! They've went back to one of their original excuses that my prescription needs to be sent over. That's funny, because I sent over the 2 prescriptions and was told the same thing when I asked about shipment. It wasn't until I told them to check their mail that they shipped out 1/2 of my order and told me that the other would be shipped out when in stock.

Be very careful of this outfit. Customer service is horrible. They are unresponsive!
