Placed an order for dog treats, saying they would be received in 4 to 5 days. They took my money. After 2 months and numerous emails they are telling me my "dog treats" are back ordered. Really, it would have been nice to know 2 months ago when I placed the order. They took my money and never bothered to let me now I would not receive my order.

If I could review them less than one star I would. I did an online order for one of my pet's, they sent a fax to my veterinarian and my veterinarian sent it back promptly in the same day. They swear up and down they didn't get the fax and said he called them. My vet showed me the received fax confirmation and didn't receive any call. These people were as helpful and a wet paper bag. I wouldn't use them again if they were the last people to get the meds from. Worst company I have EVER dealt with. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE.

I placed an order on 1/23/21 for Previcox. My vet sent in RX on 1/26/21. I called to verify. A week later I noticed the the order was not processed. Called and was told that they had the vet RX and the order would be processed. Called again on 2/3/21 and found out still not processed, but would send next day mail. A day later received an e-mail that the item was on back order (11 days after the order). Asked if they would honor the price and send different packing size that was equal to the order - was told that they would not do that. Cancelled the order and will never order or recommend.

EntirelyPets sent me a heavy box full of my dog's favorite treats. The dog has been on guard making sure this box is safe! The price is the best at EntirelyPets so we went all in on a ton of these treats. So very happy and our dog is set for a good long time!

I ordered a product and used PayPal. Thank God. Apparently it was on back order which I found out when I inquired about it. They said it would be a week or two. I waited but received no product or shipping info. When asked again they said still on back order and I could cancel with a refund. I told them to cancel it. I received no refund from them. When I emailed they stated they were having problems and I would get the refund in the week. Still no refund. I emailed again and no refund. I had to escalate the problem with PayPal to finally get me refund over a month and a half after ordering.

If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. Simple order on 12/3/20. 6 bags of common biscuits. When the shipment didn't arrive in 10 days, I checked my account with them, and the order had not even been processed yet! Repeated emails, with either no response, or vague responses. My last email with them was quite curt, then received a text asking if I had received my order. Are they kidding? it said to reply "1" if I had, and if I hadn't received my order, "just wait". Escalated to PayPal, they didn't respond to PayPal either, and my funds were refunded today. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY

Oro Clens Dental Chews are excellent for my dogs. Recommended by my Veterinarian.

Miserable company to do business with, they will charge your account, not ship and not respond to enquiries. I use Paypal, who is in process of retrieving my money as they will chargeback the purchase since these lunkheads wouldn't respond to the Paypal case either. Plenty of other great companies like WalmartPetRx.
