Liars. Do not order from them because it will take forever for meds to get there. Ordered on 12/18/20. After 3 phone calls was promised it will be shipped on 12/28/20. Then on 12/30/20. It’s 1/9/21 and it has been finally shipped. Still not sure when it will arrive. The dog has been in pain for a month now. SHAME ON THIS COMPANY. Obviously, Shipping is a problem because they don’t have the meds in stock and don’t let you know so you can order from another place. They just take your money and make you wait until they are good and ready. NEVER AGAIN will I order from them. Try ALLIVET. The order was shipped the next morning after I placed the order

I made a purchase with a discount code EntirelyPets offered and a $10 gift card. During check out, there were 2 fields for discount code and/or gift card #. After I entered them, the checkout page was updated to reflect the correct total. However, my real charge was NOT the same as what was shown on the checkout page -- the $10 gift card was not counted. I chatted with their agents twice, sending them the screen shots of the checkout page, but was told there is nothing they can do because they "can" only "honor" 1 discount. First of all, why is a gift card considered as "discount" is beyond me. Second, there should not be 2 fields offered if only one will be accepted. Definitely they should not have "accepted" status. Third, which bothers me the most, why was I shown a total with both taken into calculation then charged a different amount? Fourth, even after I pointed out the errors of their system, there is still "nothing" they can do? Really? Please stop ripping your customers off and "honor" the price you gave during the checkout process.

I placed an order and paid for it through PayPal. Per paypal I need to request a refund for transaction 7SC54968GK219072T  Dec 18, 2020, Order # 240387,Order Total: 41.78 to be refunded to my PayPal account email They waited until the payment cleared PayPal to their acct to claim no stock and backordered. I have recieved 4 emails promising me a refund within 48hrs. Until now Jan 4th only excuses. The so called "Owner " responds to my negative reviews on Google map denying everything and here I see MANY experiences of the same from this company. They are a FRAUD and I reported them to the California state agencies they hold licenses with. I'll show them how it feels to be ignored and hung out to dry for defrauding customers online. I provided them with everything they wont even responded to the case in PayPal I opened

Found Entirely Pets in April 2020. Placed a large 10+ item order with them and over 2 weeks later none of my items had arrived. Called the company and they said all of them were back ordered. I chose to cancel my order as it seemed fruitless to wait. Fast forward to December 2020 and I decided to order 3 jars of joint supplement my dog takes daily. I ordered it in plenty of time for my dog to still have a small supply of it by the time my Entirely Pets order arrived. 13 days goes by and I call to find out where my order is. First guy says it's on back on order and it would be another week or two before it is replenished. They surely did charge my account though. From my complaining he says he'll offer me a discount /credit on my next order. I said after 2 bad experiences I don't think there will be a next time but to give the credit just in case I give them another chance. I still need the supplement and I hung up unhappy. Then I see an e-mail from them (there are daily e-mails and almost as frequent texts) about expedited shipping. I call back and tell the second rep that I would like free rushed shipping on this order when it arrives due to their problem and delay they caused. She said there is NO REFERENCE to my call I made an hour earlier and no note about the offered discount. I am convinced that this is what Entirely Pets does...sells whatever and leaves people hanging. I will NOT do business with them ever again. If you really want or need what you order, you may want to get it elsewhere to make sure it actually arrives.

I could not find Wellactin capsules for dogs on any pet sites, Amazon, or Ebay - it was out of stock. I found it on entirely pets and after I ordered, decided to look at reviews. I was afraid after I read them but figure I'd just ride it out. I got an email with an order confirmation number as soon as I ordered and afterwards got confirmation of shipping that same day, a Thursday. My order arrived on Sunday. Perhaps there has been a change - I am not sure why the site has such bad reviews.

Received my order and am very pleased with the product.

Absolutely awful. Liars. Never called back. Never answered email. Overcharged. Did not refund.
