I placed two orders with Entirely Pets and attempted to use my $5.00 reward on both occasions. Both times my online total was showing the $5.00 discount and when I received my credit card bill, the $5.00 was not taken off. I called on several occasions and was told my credit card would be credited for the $10.00 which it was not. I emailed customer service with all copies of my paperwork and still was not credited. This company's customer service and online ordering system are completely fraudulent. I recommend shopping elsewhere!!

Items were ordered on 1/24/21. Received an email on 2/7/21 stating the items had been delivered and to contact Entirely Pets if I had not received the items. I called next business day and was told items were backordered and would be in "next week". I was assured they would be sent at that time. I called again on 3/5/21 as I still had not received the items. I was told the items had came back into stock that day and she was sending the warehouse an email to ensure they were sent that day. Called again on 3/13/21. This time I asked for a refund. I was told the items were being handled by an outsourced company they have had issues with in the past. I was told my purchase would be refunded. She assured me she had processed and confirmed the refund while I waited on the phone with her. Never received refund. Thank goodness I used PayPal. I opened a claim against them through PayPal. They never responded to PayPal, but PayPal us refunding my money.

This is the second time I have ordered from them and the second time they have disappointed. Last year I had an issue with an order because when I tried to follow up on when I should expect shipment they were unable to provide any detail and blamed a new system they were using. This year I ordered and I did receive some of what I ordered but one item was left out. When I called to inquire they said it was out of stock.(note when I ordered it did not say it was out of stock or I would not have ordered). They could not tell me when it would be delivered. They told me if I went into my account I could check on my order. When I went online to check on my order, the was shown as shipped, not backordered. The CSR could provide no information and was like talking to dead air. I gave them a second chance. There will be no third chance.

Ordered an item over 1.5 months ago and never received it. Called in 3 times inquiring and was told item is on back order and each time told "nothing can be done, it's the manufacturer's fault", will receive email about back orders and should receive item in 2-3 weeks. Still haven't received any emails, even checked spam. I understand back orders, but lack of communication is something else. Customer service is also impatient and unhelpful. Order from somewhere else to save yourself the trouble.

Entirely Pets is the worst on-line pet pharmacy I have used. They sent something (Denamarin) I did not request. I returned it, and now I have had to call twice inquiring about the credit they said they would issue after the first call. Other on-line pet pharmacies (Allivet among others) are much better & more reliable to deal with.

I have ordered twice from Entirely Pets. Both times I paid extra for expedited shipping (between 2-3 day delivery). Even though they ship by the next day, THEY NEVER SEND VIA THE SERVICE CUSTOMERS PAY FOR and both times instead of a 2-4 day delivery and it takes more like 6-7 days. I called twice to complain and they unhelpful, dismissive and absolutely could not care. They offer no solution. This last time I explained that we paid extra as my pets needed the supplement we bought by a certain date prior to traveling and they would not offer any help to get it to us in time. They offered a refund for the shipping but not on the product which we never got in time before our trip. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THESE THIEVES AND LIARS!
