EntirelyPetsReviews of entirelypets.com

This store is a scam. I order $200+ Canine Dewormer from them, paid $50 for next day shipping. And it arrived after more than two weeks. I called them at which time they offered return for refund. But after I return the package, they never refund me. Don't buy from this store because it's not run by honest people.

I placed my initial order on 4/2/2021. Website says 4-8 days for delivery. When I hadn't heard/received anything by 4/10, I called Customer Service. I was informed that my order was pending since they didn't have enough in stock supply to fill my order. I had not received a phone call or email about any of this. I told the phone rep to just send out what they had in stock; she informed me that they don't ship on weekends and that my order would go out Monday, 4/12. When I hadn't received my order by Friday, 4/17, I called again. A rep named Mariah told me my order had shipped 4/12. We cancelled the rest of the unfilled order and I received my FIRST email from entirelypets on 4/17, while I was on the phone with Mariah. Fed Ex has sent TWO emails updating the date I'll receive my order; current eta is 4/19 (over two weeks and I STILL don't have my order)POOR COMMUNICATION AND VERY SLOW SHIPPING. I'll stick to Chewy and Pet Supplies Plus from now on.

Awful follow-up service. Placed order almost 2 months ago. Received half of my order. Called and was told they'd refund it back to me if out of stock or send item immediately. Neither happened. Emailed again, called again, emailed again, called again... and each time same response - yet NOTHING HAS HAPPENED. Next step is the Better Business Bureau. Save the time and frustration. Go to your vet for meds.

I placed an order on 1/5/21 as of 4/14/21 my order still has not shipped. Since receiving my initial invoice, I have not received any further communication without reaching out to EntirelyPets.com. Customer service has been contacted twice. The first time was approx a month after placing my order. During this conversation, I was told that the item was back-ordered and would automatically ship as soon as it was back in stock. When this happens, INFORM YOUR CUSTOMERS OF THIS RATHER THAN LEAVE THEM IN THE DARK. I completely understand that Covid has thrown off the logistics for essentially every supplier and fulfillment center. However, I checked back on the site and noticed that the product was back in stock. I immediately contacted customer service/support. I was told the item would ship out right away now that it was "finally" back in stock. The rep then proceeds to tell me that since placing my unfulfilled order 4 months ago for $80.99 the price had since increased to $123.74. My options were to pay the difference or cancel my order. I appreciate the "complimentary 15% off" but going forward, I'll take my business elsewhere.

The very WORST experience that I have EVER HAD! They don't know their right hand from their left. I had a problem with a RX and while on line with them to call the pharmacy, the pharmacy transfered the call to my vet then to me????????? I've been on backorder for over 4 months, was told it was in stock then I had nothing but problems trying to get to the bottom of this. Will NO BUY from this company every again and I suggest you not waste your time with them.

Great service as always.

Entirely pets thanked me for my order on March 5th. It is now April 10th and I have received 2 of my five items. Caling and emailing doesn't work.

Thank goodness I paid via PayPal. Customer service is horrid!!! There is no response to inquires via email or calls. DO NOT purchase from this company!
