Almost 2 months ago I placed an order then sent them a hard copy. On April 17th I received an email delivery confirmation. On May 20 (today) I called them and they said they never received the prescription. When I asked why I received and email they said there was an issue with the emails automatically generating. I asked how that could be if they didn't have a script? He could not give an answer. Then I got a voice mail saying that my vet never returned their calls or fax requests for the script. I called them back while I'm at the vets office and they said my vet was refusing calls from them. He said this while the vet tech is standing there and told me beforehand they never got a call or fax from them. There are 3 kinds of people I despise and I refuse to do business with. One of those is liars. Don't lie. You had to make up a lie to cover your first lie.

Do yourself a favor and run as far away as you can from this company! They keep charging my card and shipping pills out without my authorization. I’ve tried to cancel my order three times but they still put it through. Customer service is rude and unhelpful. Horrible business!

Zero response from customer service after multiple emails.

I placed an order over two months ago and it shipped part of it three weeks after I placed the order but I am still waiting for the rest. Two months later. I have emailed multiple times with no response and the items that have not yet shipped (two months later) are still available on the site. The order number was: SOHP261350. This used to be a good company but it has really declined and is borderline fraudulent.

Since I was wanting to get away from using chewy I decided to try entorely pets and ordered something with express shipping because I needed it within four or five days. 4 days after placing the order it still had not shipped so I called to find out the status and to see if I could have my money refunded if it had not been shipped. I was told the product I ordered was out of stock and it would be shipped as soon as they had it in their warehouse and they refused to cancel my order and refund my money claiming it was impossible to do because the order had already been processed. I paid for expedited shipping and it took an entire week / 7 days to receive it when I could have ordered it from chewy and received it in two days. Not to mention when I called their customer service the woman was incredibly rude. Raising her voice and Snapping at me and behaving like a petulant child when I asked if I could cancel my order and get my money refunded so I could order it elsewhere. They have a lot to learn about customer service and have lost a customer for life. I'll stick with Chewy.

Still waiting for an order I placed in April. Impossible to reach anyone in customer service. Their social media accounts are also not monitored (no one replies to messages) and their comments are turned off so people can’t leave their feedback.

Delivery came quickly and contents were not expired!
