They have a very confusing process. I ordered heartworm med and cream for my dog's lesion. I put in another order but my Vet stated that they were supposed to send me refill. I called them to straighten things out, the Rep I spoke to stated that he cancelled the unnecessary order and put in the refill that I did not receive in the first place. 10 days afterwards, still no meds, when I called the pharmacy I was told "it will be shipped today" are you kidding me?!! meanwhile they already charged my credit card 10 days ago. I called my Vet and said that they approved the prescription 10 days ago. Now my dog's heartworm med is waay too late and his lesion warrants another trip to the Vet. My poor dog's health has to suffer because of these incompetent people. Never again.

Order never recieved pay pal refunded. Avoid at any cost

Placed an urgent order on a Thursday, paying $35 for Express shipping (1-2 days). Hearing nothing (no shipping info, update, etc.) by Saturday, I call customer service and am told Express 9nly goes out on Mon-Wed. So, i could have paid less for Priority and had it sent earlier/cheaper with the same expected delivery date. Then, I am told it is a new product and they won't have it in stock to start selling for "a couple weeks". That would have been good info to have when I was placing the order. "Short-handed" was the excuse. Well, all you did was take your problem and make it mine. I have enough of my own and don't need yours. This new customer will NOT be a repeat customer.

I wish I could give ZERO stars!!!!! I ordered liver medication for my 14 year old dog. I ordered with plenty of time so there would be no lapse on his coverage. I ordered for the first time from this awful company, I even paid extra for 2-3 day shipping. Today is day three, I received NO email, NO tracking, NOTHING! I just called to check on order. They told me it’s back ordered!! No date for delivery!!! Agent was clueless asked for a manager, he could have cared less, his name was Sean. No apologies no help, he actually hung up on me when I got upset….. They are careless, awful, disrespectful and ignorant. I will be posting on every site possible to let the world know how awful and careless they are!!!

Unethical dishonest lying crooks. They shipped out product (Azodyl) that needs refrigeration 7 days late. I received product in hot condition. They have nerve to tell me that they cannot issue RMA even though it’s their mistake. I will never buy anything from this beyond unethical immoral company ever again!

Don't buy from these people. I ordered 2 vials of Bravecto on sale. They sent me 4 vials with NO SALE PRICE. They say my vet told them I needed 4 and so they sent me 4 and for some reason (because the order changed?) took away the sale price and charged me full price for 4 vials. I complained and the woman said she would credit my account for the sale price difference but its been a month and NO CREDIT. Who does that? Even if the vet said that, which I can't confirm, I only ordered 2 vials - not 4. The vet doesn't speak for me and can't change my order. This is unethical behavior. Ann Reardon

Ordered 6 mo. of heartworm preventative. Arrived in a plastic ziploc instead of original box. After I gave the 4th chew, I noticed that chew and the other remaining 2 were expiring that month. Called and rep was very rude to me but said for me to send a detailed email explaining the situation and the 2 replacement chews would be sent to me. 2 weeks later, nothing. Called and someone else said to resend the explanatory email and the 2 replacements would be sent. 10 days later, nothing. Called again, told them I HAD to have the replacements in 5 days and was told a supervisor (Sean) would take over the scenario and would ship the chews expedited. 5 days later, nothing. Called and finally got to talk to Sean who tried to pass the buck to everyone else involved. Said he called me 5 days before, left a voicemail that I needed to call him. I checked 2 different cell phones and my house phone and even checked deleted voicemails. Nothing. I had to explain the whole story again because he "never saw the email" I sent twice before as per 2 of the representatives instructed me to. Now he says he can't overnight it but will ship to arrive "in 2-4 days." Don't believe one word anyone from this company says. Don't trust the health of your pet to any of these people.
