Donald Tapia has provided me with ongoing, 5 star service throughout the years. I have been a loyal customer of Entertainment Earth's since 1999 and I must say his attentiveness and personal care are unmatched. I will most definitely continue to give Entertainment Earth my business as a result of his exceptional service. Sincerely, Anthony Cardona

I have just had a wonderful experience in talking with a pleasant person named Don. Not only did he answer all of my questions he also offer very helpful advice on how to save even more. I am so used to ordering from other companies where if you pre-order multiple items on a single order it will hold up the entire order that I didn't even consider it here and placed several individual orders instead of combining them! It was quite reassuring that he would point this out to me and offer to combine the orders to ensure that I got the maximum discount available. Wow, who does that these days? I know I made the right decision in cancelling my orders with Pop-In-A-Box and moving them to Entertainment Earth. Thanks

One item in the set I ordered arrived damaged. They immediately arranged to replace it and pointed out an issue in the set from the manufacturer that I had not noticed. They arranged for replacement of that as well.

You items will come damaged, if you are a small business I strongly suggest you avoid this company, 70% of your items will come damaged. The will charge you a cancellation fee of 15% on items that have been on backorder for over 2 years. This company is horrible for small business. they will say they are here to help you grow, but how is that possible if 70% of your items come damaged ?? how can that possibly help me grow? Avoid this company!

Donald Tapia was very courteous and helpful during my experience. I have dealt with Donald before and if possible I will deal with him again. He is polite and professional and is friendly enough to make small talk and product recommendations. I can honestly say Donald makes the customer service at Hot Topic look really bad. Thanks again!

They are the greatest toy collectible store online! Their selection is incredible and the products are always delivered in collectible condition. I've never had an issue with availability on any orders. Donald Tapia has always answered any and all questions I've had. He gives great customer service and is extremely reliable!

I've only dealt with Entertainment Earth for a short while, but so far everything has been stellar!! The prices, selection and the customer service leave nothing to be desired. They have everything covered for a great shopping and collecting experience.

Order Date: 8/2/2017 Order No.: 7000118 Internet Order No.: 27080220426844 I placed an order for the Goosebumps TV Series Slappy the Dummy Prop Replica. It said it would ship in September 2017. Here it is, the end of October 2017 and I am being told NOW it will not ship until November 2017. I want to cancel my order and have a 100% FULL REFUND since they are not fulfilling their promise. The customer service has been HORRIBLE. I originally wanted a credit for the delay, but it is excuse after excuse. So I decided to cancel my order and take business elsewhere. The service agent on the chat named 'Donald' claims he canceled my order. Yet, no email confirmation went through. He then is trying to get all sorts of information. I just want my order canceled and to be done with this dishonest company with all their false advertising! **I keep having them reply to my review about an email to confirm cancellation, however, none has ever been received. Based off their customer service agent who I originally spoke to who was dishonest, it seems these generic responses are just to put on a show. Such a shame.

We apologize for any inconvenience with your order. We understand how frustrating this situation can be. Your order has been cancelled, but we cannot issue a refund since we never charged your credit card. As a retailer who offers customers the opportunity to pre-order items, Entertainment Earth strives to provide the most accurate product information available to us from each of our vendors. From time to time, the respective manufacturer may have changes in their production and need to update information. We work to be clear and upfront with all customers, publicly stating promoted ship dates are estimated and subject to change on each page. With this in mind, our policy is to never charge a customer for any item until that item ships. If you haven’t received the email confirmation for your cancellation, please feel free to contact one of our Client Services representatives at 1-818-255-0095 so we may resolve this matter.
