Donald was perfect in every aspect of helping with my call today. Quick and courteous and had the issue resolved in a snap. Great experience all around. Service and future credit were greatly appreciated.

You will preorder something six months before it comes out. Then wait only to watch every store around you get the item, it sit on the shelves, it be put on clearance, and gotten rid of all before your pre order will even ship. I am just not sure what the point of preordering is if I have been seeing the product on store shelves for nine months but my order just says "restocking soon". I will also place the pre order immediately after it goes live, so there doesn't seem to be any system to mail items in the order they were bought. Literally, things I have been waiting nine months for have come and gone on EVERY OTHER site. And their free shipping is a total scam. It is just a way to lock you into pre orders you will be trapped in. "Oh, well if you cancel the item we have said is shipping soon for almost an entire year that will bring your order below the free shipping threshold and we would have to charge you." So I have several orders where one item ships, then the rest never do. You are just caught in limbo forever waiting in what feels like being held hostage. By shipping one item in the order, you can't just cancel the order. If you cancel the other items, you will be hit with a shipping fee. So it just smacks of a scam. If you are a business that still hasn't shipped an item a year after it hit store shelves, then that is your own fault. Maybe take less pre-orders, maybe just be better at running a business. But I will never order from them again and encourage everyone to try Big Bad Toy Store instead. Infinitely better.

Donald really helped me out with my order! He fixed my issue and explained thoroughly the process! Great guy and glad to have had him be the one to answer the phone! 👍🏼

Thank you Donald you helped me out on my order I really appreciate it.

This is to recognize what an outstanding job Donald done ! He helped me to resolve an important issue I have with the items I purchased and I am extremely please with his excellent service, his understanding and communication skills. I am super impress with entertainment earth because they have such a high quality employee like Donald there. The reputation of a company is reflected by the quality of their employee and I will recommend my colleagues to this company because they have the best customer service in Donald.

Donald has been extremely helpful with a package I had trouble with. However I am dissatisfied with EE’s lack of communication regarding that same package’s shipment. It wasn’t until I had to check USPS to find out it was shipped to the wrong address then sent back — I never got an email about this.

I had a discount pricing issue on an ALL instock item sale and the discounted price did not show up during the payment step. I purchased the item(s) anyways hoping the issue could be rectified later on and it was as Customer Service Representative Donald really went to bat for me. He went through the chain of command to make sure that the ALL discount was honored. It is appreciated as every dollar counts during any holiday season....thanks for your assistance Donald.

Donald is the best! EE always has outstanding customer service, but he will go above and beyond to explain the BTS happenings in the warehouses and other factors concerning our orders. He is a hardcore collector himself so he understands the industry!
