I purchased a unit thru Affirm/ShopPay. The unit malfunctioned within a month . I contacted support they sent videos and instructions . The unit ceased to rack the llitter in the dome and got got stuck,! The automatic door did not function open or close .The company states on their website, 1 year warranty! There is no warranty no refund no backing up their product. Affirm does not support any product after 60 days . I reported problems right away and over 1 month of going back and forth with no resolution only to offer me $80. back on my $400. investment. I have been going back and forth with Elspet customer service. They offered me a $80 refund. Or Ship it back to China for $200 out of my pocket plus packaging cost! Not worth the expense to return it! I now have a broken unit. I have contacted the lender Affim , they do not back up any purchases that are 60 days past the purchase date. Do not purchase this automatic litter machine you will regret it. Waste for waste!

Da non comprare assolutamente. la macchina non funziona, i bracci si bloccano mentre scaricano i bisogni del gatto, non rispondono ai comandi, c’è il rischio che il gatto rimanga intrappolato all’interno perché i sensori sono di bassa qualità. Ne ho dovute buttare via due, perché a un certo punto con lo sportellino aperto i bracci meccanici che si alzano per scaricare i bisogni del gatto si mettevano in movimento e si incastravano con lo sportellino aperto. La pulizia dovrebbe avvenire con lo sportellino d’ingresso chiuso. Penso penso che sia uno dei peggiori acquisti che io ho mai fatto. Poco più che una truffa

Scam product! And even worse customer service! Product broke after a few months and the best they could offer me was to send me a micro chip and instructions on how to replace it! Insanity!

Product was broken, and customer service didn't care. Was taking them so long to be actually useful, i had to go ahead and buy a product from another brand in the meantime. That brand's product was up and running in 10 minutes. Literally night and day difference. Dont' touch Elspet as a company.

This company is one of the worst I have delt with and will outright lie about anything and everything. I canceled the order right after I placed it, per the terms of their website, and they still shipped it claiming it took them three days to see my email. I then refused it and they would not give me a refund and kept fighting the dispute even though they had the product back. Do yourself a favor and AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! They lied to the credit card company to try to win the dispute saying the item was delivered even though it was returned to them. This is who you will be dealing with, do you think a company that behaves this way over a simple cancel my order request will take care of your warranty issues? By the way, the reason I canceled the order was because of all of the horrible product reviews. Bad product and a dishonest company. Don't make the same mistake I did, order a better product from an honest company.

My wife is getting old and ELS self cleaning cat litter box sounded as a lifesaver, we have invested in one but it never worked continuously for more than one month, after three months it completely stopped, we have contacted the customer service back and forth for more than two months and agreed on replacing it, it has been six weeks now and every time l contact them …no answer. Service is bad, product is expensive and definitely not reliable.

We purchased the robot litterbox and litter for our 3 fur babies, we've experienced a few issues, 1 of which we were asked to send a video of and customer support figured out the issue immediately which was very helpful. The only concern we have now is that we have to change the bag every day because it brings gnats in our home and we can't get rid of them, I don't think this was actually made for multiple cats is all.

Yes it was a great idea. The box was great with blue light sanitization, and cleaning up after every use. Until the rake got stuck mid way. I took the whole thing apart cleaned it, unplugged several times. Nothing I did would free the rake. Would have been nice if it had worked more than a couple of months, and even then had to fight with it to work right.
