Kaufen Sie keinesfalls eine ElsPet Katzentoilette. Meine ging innerhalb der Garantiezeit kaputt. Ich wurde per Mail 3 Monate lang hingehalten, sollte per zugesandten Youtube-Links selbst reparieren bzw. bekam nach Ablehnung dessen eine Gutschrift von lächerlichen 50 Euro zugesagt, die dann auch nicht erfolgte, da Kauf über Amazon und angeblich keine Daten mehr vorhanden. Der Kunde wird hier mit Füßen getreten! ⚠️ Mein Anwalt ist nun eingeschaltet. Ärger für nichts!

Horrible customer service. They sent me the wrong piece and acknowledged it was the wrong piece. Then they won't refund or exchange it. So I'm stuck with a piece I can't use and they stole me money and scammed me.

When it works, it’s great. But most times it’s erroring in a ‘stuck’ mode bc of sensors and not really being stuck! And it’s not easy to self scoop bc of its shape. Not worth my time and effort $600 down the drain with this purchas

I purchased an automatic cat litter tray from Elspet which ceased functioning after only four months of normal domestic use. This is clearly not a reasonable lifespan for an electrical product of this nature or price. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and durable. A product failing within four months strongly indicates that it was not of satisfactory quality at the time of sale. Despite months of correspondence, the company has refused to provide an appropriate remedy. Instead of arranging a repair, replacement, or refund as required under consumer law, I have repeatedly been offered replacement “sensors” to fit myself. I am not an engineer, and it is not reasonable to expect a consumer to dismantle and repair a faulty machine. The business has failed to acknowledge its legal obligations and has not offered a compliant resolution. Unless this matter is resolved properly in line with UK consumer legislation, I will have no option but to pursue recovery through formal channels, including the small claims court. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company and would give MINUS 5 stars if I could!!!!

I bought this product ant the end of November. The product didn’t work from day one, I emailed customer service…I got a response a few days later and all they did was sending me a video over and over and over the product has never worked. My cat didn’t use it not even one time. Customer Service is awful. No one ever resolves anything. I get a message from a person called” Erin “ that keeps sending me the same video like if I didn’t watch the video the first time. I want my money back. I pay almost $300 for this piece of junk that had never work.

Placed an order for bags. When I contacted the company to report the order wasn’t received, was told to contact the post office and file a claim. Big red flag. Sounds like a scam.
