Love the concept, but the automatic feature never worked. Nor could I get the smart feature to work. could only get it to work by pushing the button. Seems to scare my cats. Only one of them used it a few times.

Love the auto kitty box I got from Elspet. The only one thing I hate about it is the rubber cork things you put on both sides on the inside of the box. They come out all the ti.e due to the cats trying to cover their poop up. One more thing.... They need better instructions on How to put together. So I guess 2 things need improving on... P.S. if you would like my info on how do this just send me.an email to find out what I'm doing to.stop that from being pulled out everytime the cats use the box. 1. Would like to know how to get a replacement scratch guard. As too the cats claws has it torn up

I can’t understand why so many people are saying this is a POS machine !! I just sold both of my Whisker robots to switch to these. They have a door that closes which is great because if you have curious cats like I do, they like to jump in while the whiskers robot is spinning and get their leg caught in it. When I come home from work, the lights are always flashing. That shows that the cat has entered the whiskers robot It is in cleaning mode. The cats can’t get inside this one and mine works PERFECT!! THIS PRODUCT IS FAR FROM A SCAM!! I always make sure to order through Amazon due to being a Prime Member you get your money back.

This machine is life changing!!! With 3 huge cats it works amazingly. I’m so in love. One of my cats it 25 pounds and he fits and uses regularly. I’m saving up to get another one for my fosters!!!

I have had my Elspet for about 6 months now. I can tell you that I and my cat just LOVES it. I placed it in my computer room worried about smell If placed somewhere else. Well I don't smell a thing from this. I am so glad that we got this. My cat loves it and will come tell me when it is full or needs litter, even though I can see everything in the elspet app. I will never have any other litter box than elspet.

This is by far the best automatic cat litter box I’ve owned. The mess is almost nonexistent and it’s easy to remove the bag and replace with a new one. No fuss!

The unit is a piece of crap, just like it says in the owners manual. Mine didn't even work for a week! There is no one to call. All you have is email, and it takes days before they respond. If they DO respond, it just asks you to send a video of it not working! Hell, trust pilot has no information on this scam of a company!!

I received the litter box in a damaged box. When I tried to set it up, it didn't work only beeped with a blue flashing light. I called customer service several times and I received the run around. I emailed the company three times and only when I disputed the charges that I received a response to my email late at night an 4 am in the morning. I was told to video the damaged box not the liter pan. All I want to do is return the item and I am still getting insane messages from the company. I dont think that the people emailing me are in my country
