Worst company and product ever. It didn’t work out of box, but I couldn’t return it without losing a large $$, so I donated it and will take a tax write off next year. What a waste of $350!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF GARBAGE! I had issues with it and they would not honor their 90 in home guarantee and allow me to return it!! I had to go back and forth constantly with them and they only refunded me $100. I literally just threw it away yesterday when I got my new WHISKERS LITTER ROBOT!! Buy that one it’s worth every penny and you won’t be treated like crap if you have any problems!!! DO NOT BUY THIS LITTER BOX!! IT’S GARBAGE AND A WASTE OF YOUR MONEY!!

This is a piece of junk.I returned it and now they won't refund my money

I had the Elspet litter box running perfectly for 2 weeks. Then went into the caking mode, green ring, and would no longer work. I have to manually reset it each time I want it to scoop out or manually scoop it. I've tried and tried to go through their customer service to get it resolved. I've been promised emails, service ticket, etc. I've sent them videos, photos, order numbers, explanations etc. No response. It's the absolute worse purchase I have ever made. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! This is a terrible company to work with

It's been 2 weeks since I contacted the support service because the rake is blocked and the door opens once every 5 times. This is not acceptable, they only give automatic answers without even looking at the videos I sent. They don't solve the problem and even by telephone they never answer. So... I will change to petkit probably as soon as I get refunded.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! The rake almost crushed my kitten after the door falied to close and the rake continued to run. It broke after only 2 weeks. Several pointless emails later with them not understanding what the problem was and getting me to trouble shoot for a comeplety diffrent problem. I finally manage to ge tthem to agree to a refund. They told it would take 10 days This was 2 months ago..... no reply to my emails since bunch of cowboys AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!

DO NOT BUY THIS, please request everyone do not this is just piece of trash they are selling saying brand new!! but please spend money on somewhere else but not with else pet. I got mine two months ago and never worked for my cat I been trying to Rech out customer service since that but every time I call, they don't do nothing.

I have the Cat Genie on one floor of the house, which I love, but the cleaning cycle takes so long that I needed a 2nd litter box on the other floor of the house. I took a chance on ELS Pet because they had a major discount going on, and boy do I wish I had just forked over more money for a better brand! The door stopped working, and if the door is open, the rake cannot do its job because the door is in the way. I'm not sure why it needs the door in the first place. I've been back and forth with "customer service" since March (it's now June) and every time they come back with idiotic questions like if there is poop stuck to the bottom of the box or if the trash bag is in the way of the sensor. 1) I checked all those things and 2) what does that have to do with the fact the machine wants to clean itself but the door won't shut first?! I am beyond frustrated and have asked repeatedly for a replacement or a refund and then get ghosted until I nag them again at which point they ask me if I've pressed the reset button or some other idiotic question. Oh, I also never could get the app to connect to the machine, so, it's not "smart" either.
