Machine is now sitting in my garage. No customer service response. Waste of money!! Don't buy it!!

The litter boxes are amazing. My cats are very comfortable in them And got used to them right away. The only thing is that they are not as quiet as I would like them to be. They are a bit loud but as long as they’re in another room, I can barely hear them.

The litter box never scooped correctly, I only attempted to use it for 1 week. Somehow urine also leaked out onto my 80 year old hard wood floors. Customer Service is a joke and ignoring me at this time. They are not allowing me to return it, at one point they offered a partial refund which I don't think is fair but is better than nothing but unfortunately I haven't heard from them since. I am continuing to send unanswered emails. Save your money and get a litter robot instead!

This is the worse purchase I ever made. The litter box quit 3 weeks after I purchased it! Repeated calls to customer service are ignored, so obviously they won’t honor their warranty. It is junk! If only I knew before I purchased.

This is a scam!! I have been trying to return for a month now!! I am well within the guidelines and policy!! I can't get a response!! The rake is flimsy and breaks the clumps into tiny pieces leaving the litter extremely dirty!!

I was in touch with customer service through email and through by the phone and then I got ghosted. I was sent the wrong color I ordered the charcoal that’s all charcoal And I was white and blue Which I hate it They promised me a refund. They never gave me a refund then they refused to send me a sticker for return saying that it would cost the company too much for freight Here I am stuck with this thing and to boot I tried to put it to work because I figured I’d be stuck with it since I got ghosted very very poor What’s going on send people the wrong color item and they can’t send it back I’m very pissed

I had to stop using because of the smell it works really well for the poop but not any good for urine

I ordered my litter box on May 11th and received it on May 20th. The litter box got to me very fast. I ordered a gray self-cleaning litter box, and received a white self cleaning litter box. I decided to go ahead and give it a try see how I liked it. So the litter box itself has these red foam bars you put in it to stop that step stool from going too far in and they repeatedly would fall out and get scooped up and get put in the waste bin. I was having to pull them out daily. I touched more cat poop in the 4 days I had this litter box then in the 20 years I was just manually scooping a litter box. Next is the app it comes with, so having to switch over to the 2.4 internet is an added extra hassle that I just didn't like. Now we get into the company, so when I realized I no longer wanted this litter box that I wanted to return it and that this company did offer a 90-day in-home trial and that was part of the reason why I bought it in the first place I decided to go ahead and start a return. So I started an email conversation with their help desk it started with them offer me a $40 compensation for a machine I spent $380 on. Now we went back and forth over several days I sent pictures to them showing them that I got the wrong machine they eventually got up to $60 and I kept sending them email after email because they stopped responding to me. After over a week of no response from them I called and I started blowing up their phone because they don't answer their phone. Eventually I get someone on the phone they said that they will put in with their help desk that they will go ahead and restart that conversation through email it's been over a week at this point and it has not happened. I have a couple of days now blown up there phone again and still received no response. All in all I would say don't buy from this company while the litter box itself was not terrible for the price if you decide you don't like the litter box or you get one that doesn't work you're just out the money.
