The stuff was friendly but it wasn't possible to charge our credit card for the deposit. They made it to our problem although the card worked at every time before and after, even for the company. The employees found a solution, but it took us four hours - a systematic failure. The RV was old but ok. It could have been fine but their problem with the deposit was unacceptable.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re glad to hear our team was able to assist, but we’re sorry that the deposit process caused delays and frustration at the start of your rental. Your feedback has been shared with our team, as we understand how important a smooth and efficient pickup experience is!
