Quick response and excellent service
Motorhome it was exactly like showed in the pictures, zero problem with it, very fast communication and easy drop in-drop off

Quick and easy pick up
Quick and easy pick up. Excellent vehicle. Tremendous customer service. Would definitely recommend to others and will definitely deal with El Monte if I ever return to Las Vegas for another road trip.

Hidden fees - read the fine print…
The check out took longer than expected. There were hidden fees that seemed suspect. You rent an RV but it doesn't come with any mileage? At least the mileage was only $30 for 100 miles and I only needed 400 miles. Still, kind of weird. Then we were told that the return time was between 9 am and 11 am or we'd be charged $50 for every hour it was after that. Mind you, we picked up the RV at 2 pm - seems like this should have been made clear prior. Fortunately when we checked the RV back in, that process was quick and we were not charged extra money for being an hour later than 11 am.

We had to much problems with the…
We had to much problems with the campervan Electricity: the kitchen part did not work the propane switch was broken the citywater was out of order The display at the kitchenwall was not fixed

Great experience with first RV rental
We rented our first RV for the spring break. Maya and Safi patiently explained all the features of the RV to make us feel comfortable. Super clean and nice facility and nice staff. The RV drop off was quick. I would definitely rent from this place again in the future. Thank you.
