Not worth the extra money!
We had a mixed experience with El Monte, some of the experience was good, and as should be expected, other where very bad and completly i acceptable. I would only recomend El Monte to be used, if you have no other options, the extra price tag vs other RV rentals, is not well spent. The consition of the RV was extremly bad, it was clearly used and most of the interior was in one way or another damaged. The drivning of the RV was bad, the quality of the drivning experience was not worth the extra money, and the service of the truck was also not very well done. The onroad service that El Monte is providing... Is a joke, its just for show, because its not working and you have to push them for a reply, and then they send you to a wrong place to get it fixed. We got 5 days returned, but the extra money we paid vs other rentals, is NOT worth it!

We appreciate you taking the time to share your detailed feedback regarding your recent RV rental experience. We are truly sorry to learn that the condition of the RV, the driving experience, and our on-road service did not meet your expectations, leading to a largely unsatisfactory trip. We understand your frustration with the issues encountered, especially concerning the vehicle's condition and the difficulties you faced with support. We are actively reviewing your comments internally to identify areas for improvement in our fleet maintenance and customer service response. Your insights are invaluable as we work to enhance the quality of our offerings and ensure a more positive experience for all our customers.
