Very smooth checkin and checkout process. Maya was very helpful, friendly and covered all of the details on using the RV. The RV was great was perfect for our needs.

Old , ac not working properly, jeck don’t working properly, Screen and camera don’t working properly….

Very wonderful staff - wonderful communication- affordable and thorough in explaining all aspects of vacation travel needs and expectations- offered services were amazing -variety of add ons that made the trip less stressful. Highly recommend!!!

500 miles into our 1500 mile trip, we blew a right rear tire on the 10 freeway at 1:00am in a very dangerous area! I called both numbers for roadside assistance and no one answered the phone. After searching on our own, we found a mobile service who after 2 hours came to our aid and was swapping out the blown tire, and found that the spare tire was all bubbled and he could not put that tire on. We ended up having to buy a new tire!! $700.00 and 3 hours later we were able to leave. We could have had a serious accident or been killed. My family and my animals were in harms way and El Monte RV failed us completely. I will never rent and RV from this company ever again. They didn't even make sure the tire pressure was correct or that the tires were any good.

Loved our two week RV tour - the vehicle itself was ideal for what we wanted and it served us well for the time we were away in it. On collection there was 2/3’rds of a tank of fuel, they filled it for us no problem and off we went. Rules of return are that you just return the RV as you found it. No problem at all with that as it’s the same anywhere for rental vehicles. Fuel $170 dollars - filled to the click, propane - $3 dollars filled to the click. Return to RV rental company, unloaded, vehicle inspection and apparently the fuel is at 3/4’s full not full even though we filled it as full as the fuel pump would allow - because it wasn’t ’full’ (despite it being filled to the brim) - that’ll be an additional $70 please???!!!! Explain that we have filled to click and just get looked at blankly with a ‘sorry sir’. Work that one out! Needless to say it’s left a sour taste in the mouth. If they do this with every RV then that soon adds up to a tidy sum. Prepare for that when you return. Bit of a rubbish end to what was a good holiday!
