Thank you for your review and for providing us with feedback. First and foremost, I am truly sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience. Customer satisfaction is our paramount concern and we genuinely take all guest concerns very seriously and use them to help improve our product and service. Even though we have our housekeeping team, followed by a supervisor’s inspection, report any damages to us. For our guest’s protection, we also require them to report any damage found upon arrival. Regrettably, we did not have record of carpet damage in this home, prior to your departure and therefore, the cost was billable to you. I hope you will accept my sincerest apology for your experience, and I can personally assure you this situation is highly unusual and not in any way typical in an Elite Home. I’d like to offer you a $45 credit for a future stay, along with a 10% discount. Further, I’d like to personally invite you to contact me directly to discuss this further. Please feel free to contact me any time. I look forward to hearing from you, Donna Ramsden General Manager Elite Vacation Homes 407-397-0850 [email protected]
