Upgrades needed.
The experience with the company was a mixture. The reps were pleasant to speak with but unaware of certain things. Where we stayed at Compass Point #163 had many things that needed repairing. The coffee pot was rusty and took 2 days to get a new one. The ceiling fan on the patio was rusty and sounded like it wanted to come off the ceiling and you had to turn it with something in order to start it as the pull chain is gone. We were also told several times with me calling that we could park ANYWHERE we wanted and come to find out we could not after we were blocked in by an owner of one of the condos. The bed in the master bedroom sank in the middle, the daybed in the extra room was too bouncy and noisy. Closet doors for washing machine and dryer was not a good fit as you had to put your clothes from the wash on top of the dryer and then move the door to put the clothes in the dryer. The tile floors were very slippery and an accident waiting to happen, we slipt so many times, had to put towels down just to make it safer.
