Elite Vacation HomesReviews of elitevacationhomes.com

I had such a great time with my family. You guys provided a beautiful home for a very great price . Looking forward to doing it again

I was very happy with the ease of booking. The house was exactly what I expected and I was very happy to have booked the early check in after our long day of travel. The staff Elite Vacation Homes was helpful and answered all my questions and even helped reassure me when I was skeptical after our first vacation home (VRBO) fell through. The company came right out and fixed a few small issues we found with the home within the first 24hours of arrival. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to rent a home. Thank you for making my family vacation Memorable!!

Staff were helpful and very good at responding to the small problems we had

If a renter wants a heated pool, they should make sure the heat works before the renter gets there. Not the renter calling and the heat is not fixed for 5 days!

The house was better than expected!! Clean, quiet neighborhood with ample amenities. We were so close to Disney as well! Will definitely use Elite Homes in the future!

The whole process from booking to looking after you during your stay is handled professionally and with a friendly approach. The villas are always clean and maintained to a high standard. We have booked our villas through this company for more than 12 years and never ever had an issue. We would highly recommend them

What a amazing house. Clean, spacious, perfect location and easy check in and check out. Made my trip one that I will never forget. The only complaint I have is that I couldn't stay in this house forever. Hahahahaaa. But honestly will definitely return and when I do it will be threw this amazing company. Laura and Bonnie were amazing with helping me with my reservation and the rest of the staff were just as amazing when I dropped off my keys. Above and beyond. Highly recommended and can not wait to return.

We stayed in a villa in Emerald Island in August 2019 the villa was absolutely disgusting the carpets were filthy with dirt from what could only be years of dirt, the sofa was disgusting also with ingrained dirt there was stains on the walls that looked as if they hadn’t been painted for years we also had to cover the sofa with sheets just to sit on it. The pool area was black with dirt the pool was covered in leaves that we had to clean it on arrival because the netting was ripped allowing leaves just falling into the pool, we complained to the management company who said they would send round cleaners but they never arrived for the whole of our vacation. The management company offered us a voucher for $50 dollars off of our next meal as compensation which we didn’t bother collecting this on a holiday that cost £$5300 to say it ruined our vacation is an understatement. We have stayed in multiple villas in the Orlando area and have never had to complain about any of them before.
