Great Experience Across the Board!
I've been very impressed with the several men's bracelets I purchased from Elegatto. They are stylish, good quality, and work nicely together in groupings. But I was even more impressed with the way that Karla in Customer Service handled a situation where one of the bracelets broke. She was attentive and responsive and represented the company very well. The president, Vlad, should be excited about the way Elegatto has created a long-term loyal customer!!!!

I ordered 3 bracelet online
I ordered 3 bracelet online, I received it one wrong Item. After this I checked online and I found the exaclty same Items on a low price store. I contacted the customerservice from elegatto who was really friendly. They told me that I can return the Items, I do this but after two weeks the parcel returned back because the address was not found. I contacted again the cs and they confirmed me the address, but I don`t returned back again because the money for the parcel was more as the value of the Items inside. I will never again buy something on this website.

Very beautiful bracelets with unique designs. Made a few orders. The ecommerce logistics took 2 weeks for each parcel to arrive in SG.
