The shipping label was generated following my bank’s pursuit of the funds.
Response from ElegattoJan 8, 2025
Hi Felipe, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the delay in processing your order during the busy holiday season. The high volume of orders at that time caused unexpected delays, but as soon as we received your inquiry, we made it a priority to provide you with an update regarding the status of your order. We want to clarify that the shipping label was generated as part of our fulfillment process and not in response to any external action. We are committed to ensuring that every customer receives their order, and we appreciate your patience as we work through the delays. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re always happy to help.

I ordered a few items more than two weeks ago. I received an order confirmation but since then had no updates on shipping. Reached out to their customer support team and was notified that there is a delay in processing my order and they will get back with an update. The company has since gone radio silent despite multiple emails to ask for an update. I am seriously contemplating if this is a legitimate company as they have taken their customer's money and neither fulfilled the order (within the stated 7-14 days) nor bothered to provide any communication that the products are in transit. Based on the recurring terrible reviews with similar experiences, there has obviously been no improvement. Imagine the shock when I read this on their Contact Us page - "Elegatto takes pride in providing unmatched quality and customer service." I strongly advise to stay away from them and purchase from other more responsible and trustworthy companies.

Hi Matthew! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We deeply apologize for the delays and lack of communication you’ve experienced—this is far from the standard of service we strive to provide, and we regret that we’ve let you down. We completely understand how frustrating it must be to wait for your order without timely updates. To clarify, we are currently experiencing unexpected delays in processing orders due to high demand, which has affected our ability to meet our usual timeline. However, this does not excuse the lack of communication on our part, and we are taking immediate steps to improve our response times and ensure customers are kept informed. Please know that Elegatto is a legitimate company, and we take pride in delivering quality products to our customers. We value your trust and are committed to resolving this issue. We also appreciate your honest feedback regarding recurring reviews, and we are actively working to address these concerns and improve the overall experience for our customers. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Please don’t hesitate to contact us directly if you have any further concerns—we are here to help.

I am extremely disappointed with this company, I haven't recieved my order, they always put the blame on the courrier but the courrier doesn't answer as well. I was supposed to be delivered before Christmas. I hope they will ger back to me for a solution, or a refund.
Response from ElegattoJan 8, 2025
Hi Justine! We sincerely apologize for the frustration and disappointment you’ve experienced. We understand how upsetting it is not to receive your order on time. We want to reassure you that your order was shipped out on time from our facility. However, once an item ships, its movement through different courier facilities is beyond our control. During the holiday season, delays are unfortunately more common due to the high volume of packages being processed by shipping carriers. That said, we take full responsibility for ensuring your experience with us is a positive one. Our team is already investigating this issue with the courier and will follow up with you directly to provide an update and a solution, whether that involves arranging a replacement or issuing a refund. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to resolving this for you as quickly as possible.

Undelivered item My first purchase and it has been a terrible experience. My order never was delivered even though it was marked by UPS it was. I contacted their elegatto's customer support and was asked to wait 3 business days after the date of delivery because sometimes UPS marks packages as delivered when they aren't. More than 3 days have gone by i contacted customer support to either resend my order or process a refund. I have no response from them Terrible experience. Do not make purchases from this company.
