Great experience with elegatto
Great experience with elegatto. For starters their designs are awesome. Nicely priced. Received items in order Customer service was top notch. Emails replied swiftly. But what impressed me the most about this company which I rarely see these days is them honouring their customer orders. They sent me the wrong design for one item, and promptly resent the correct one the very next day. Great job elegatto!!!.

Bracelets and Customer Service Excellent
The bracelets are made of excellent materials and very stylish. The customer service was pleasant to deal with and responsive. I would recommend these products.

I am thrilled to leave this review. In a world where customer service can be lackluster, Elegatto has renewed my faith. I have bought two bracelets, the first one has been perfection and I absolutely love it. The second bracelet I had an issue with the pin coming out and not only was the response to my concern prompt, but a new replacement bracelet has been shipped without me asking. I will continue to do business with Elegatto because the product is well made and I love it on my wrist. I get compliments. Shout out to Chloe for making my experience a 5 star Plus!!

Love their bracelets!
I just got the Pelagus bracelet from Elegatto for my husband, and I have to say, he's really impressed! The color is gorgeous, and the design feels super sleek without being over the top. It’s one of those pieces that goes with everything and he's already worn it a few times, and it adds a nice touch to versatile looks. It’s really well made too, feels solid but lightweight, so it's comfy enough to wear all day. Plus, shipping was quick, and their customer service was super helpful when I reached out to ask for sizing assistance when buying this gift. Overall, really happy with this purchase and I can't wait for their new collections to surprise my hubby again!
