A Great Buying Experience from this Company
This is a company good to buy from. Their products are really good and their sizing is accurate. The delivery to England was really fast, unbelievably fast. I wish all sellers on the internet were like this one. I actually want to buy more based on their service

Surprised and delighted!
I purchased the Sollo Navy Blue bracelet over a year ago. Unfortunately the red rope that is wound at the edge of the clasp unraveled leaving sharp metal exposed and rendering the bracelet unwearable. Unable to find any warranty info on the Elegatto website, I decided to reach out to customer service. To my surprise and delight, Karla from customer service promptly replied and said that even though they only offer a 30 day warranty, as a token of goodwill they would either give me store credit equal to what I paid, or send me out a new one at no cost. WOW! So happy and can’t wait to show off my new bracelet.
