Absolute rip off
Absolute rip off - the bracelets are not the size they say and barely fit a baby! All shipped out of China and are probably from Temu where they sell the same item for $4- dont waste your money or time! Now I have to start my Xmas shopping all over again. Wish I had seen the real reviews before ordering.

I ordered two bracelets from Elegatto…
I ordered two bracelets from Elegatto and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the items. It makes a great gift for that certain someone who appreciates quality and detail. My only disappointment was having to pay for gift bags. Altho I ordered and paid for two, i only received one with BOTH bracelets inside. I ended up having to ruin the sealed gift bag to access the 2nd bracelet. I expressed my disappointment and in a timely manner, Karla, Customer Support | Elegatto, addressed my issue and rectified the problem above and beyond. One thing is certainly consistent and that's the great customer service you receive (should there be an issue). Ultimately, I will return to purchase more bracelets and also because I know they stand by their word. You're in good hands with Elegatto. Thanks Karla! :)

The quality of the men's bracelets is excellent, the customer service is super efficient and the level of response from when you place the order until you receive it is superior to other companies. I ordered two man's bracelets
I ordered two man's bracelets, got them very quickly in the nice package. I was wrong with the size and ask for the return and the replacement. The process was very quick and friendly through the site. I sent it to Los Angeles and now I am waiting for the new package. Thank you for support!

Postage Scam
Tried to cancel order 2mins after hitting send but they ignored me until it was too late - sneakily added ridiculous postage after I hit Apple Pay button - will be returning regardless as a point of principal
