Great product and customer service
I have ordered three bracelets from Elegatto but had an issue with one of them. It was sent with the wrong length cord and initially customer service said each one was hand made and as such no offer was made to send a replacement cord in the correct size! After reaching back to customer service again, agent Tes immediately addressed my issue and agreed the one I received was the wrong size. She has authorized a replacement to be sent in my correct size! Now that’s how customer service should work! They have saved my business for future purchases and I give Tes a full 5 stars!
