I have made two purchases with Elegatto and have been extremely happy with their products! The first item I purchased was the wrong size. I was able to easily exchange it with no issues and the exchange was simple and trouble free. The Customer Service staff kept me informed during the entire exchange process! Truly a Company that understands the importance of great Customer Service.

Sometimes packages may be placed in less visible areas like porches, building lobbies, or with neighbors. We recommend checking these locations first. If you're still unable to locate your package, please contact us directly with your order number so we can investigate further with the carrier. We appreciate your patience and are here to help resolve this for you!

I buy it eleven days ago, and I can´t received
Response from ElegattoNov 3, 2025
Hi Ivan, thank you for your order! All international shipments are sent via standard delivery, which typically takes 10-20 business days for arrival (plus potential customs delays). Since your order is still within this timeframe, we recommend waiting a few more days. For immediate assistance, please email our support team directly with your order number. We'll be happy to check the status for you. We appreciate your patience and understanding!

The bracelets that I received are amazing! I chose two different styles/colors to pair and they match perfectly! I was worried that the size would be too small, but I used the sizing guide and they fit perfectly. I like them so much that I’m going to buy more as gifts for the holidays! Great look, great price!
Response from ElegattoOct 30, 2025
Wow! What an incredible review, Matt! We're absolutely delighted that you love your bracelets and that they fit perfectly (our sizing guide works!). It's wonderful to hear you're planning to gift them too. That's the highest compliment we could receive! We completely understand that "why did I wait so long?" feeling, but we're so glad you finally took the plunge! Your enthusiasm for our designs means everything to our small team. Can't wait to see which styles you choose for your holiday gifts! Don't hesitate to reach out if you need any help selecting pieces. We'd be honored to assist.
