The product looks and feels very cheap
The product looks and feels very cheap, I’m very disappointed with the paper clip chain I got, the material seems like the lowest quality for the price I paid. I will not recommend the company
Response from ElegattoFeb 5, 2026
Thank you for your feedback, Carlos. We are truly sorry to hear that the Paperclip Chain did not meet your expectations and that you are disappointed with the quality of the materials. We strive to create pieces that balance modern design with durability, and it is clear we missed the mark for you. We provide detailed material specifications and dimensions on each product page to help our customers know exactly what to expect, but we understand that the feel is what matters most. We want you to be happy with your Elegatto purchase. If there is anything we can assist you with, please feel free to reach out to us.

Thank you for your feedback, Eric. We are sorry to hear about your experience and that you are feeling frustrated. We would like to clarify that we do have a return and refund policy in place for our customers. Typically, refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected at our facility. If a refund has not yet appeared, it may be due to the return still being in transit or the standard processing time required by banks. We take these concerns seriously and will be looking into our records to ensure all pending cases are being handled according to our policy.

China quality
I must share my extremely disappointing experience with the brand. I have been using it for only a couple of weeks, and the screw on the head of the bracelet kept undoing itself. Eventually, the bracelet fell off somewhere while I was on the go. I purchased the product because I believed in the political cause of Ukraine and had read theoretically good reviews. However, when I saw that the delivery came from China, all the talk about carefully selected materials seemed rather misleading. I doubt they have any real control over the quality of production there. Additionally, I have continued to receive text messages from your newsletter despite having unsubscribed which is a feature of spam brands Edit; nothing has been done about SPAM coming from Elegatto as of 4/02/2026
Response from ElegattoFeb 5, 2026
Thank you for sharing your feedback, Jacob. We are truly sorry to hear that your bracelet was lost due to the screw mechanism coming loose, and we apologize for the frustration this has caused. We would like to clarify that we utilize a shipping facility in China to help maintain cost-effective rates for our global customers while ensuring we can ship to as many locations as possible. However, we maintain strict oversight over our designs and the materials used. We take your comments regarding the quality and the screw mechanism very seriously and will be sharing this with our production team to ensure our high standards are being met. Regarding the text messages, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Our system is designed to honor all opt-out requests immediately; we will look into this technical glitch to ensure your number is fully removed from our newsletter list.

New comer to Elgatto
It’s very elegant look the four pieces it have bought so far. My only complaint is , it’s very difficult to put it on without help from someone. I am waiting to see their durability.
Response from ElegattoFeb 5, 2026
Thank you for your feedback and for choosing Elegatto for your first four pieces! We're happy to hear that you find the designs elegant. Regarding the difficulty of putting them on, we understand that certain clasps and shackles can take a bit of practice to manage solo. A helpful tip many of our customers use is to rest your wrist on a flat surface while securing the closure, which can provide more stability. We stand behind our products, so please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions as you continue to wear your new bracelets.
