Oder I placed and they did not help me knowing the size was not as detailed
Response from ElegattoOct 30, 2025
Thank you for your feedback, Souheil. It appears that you started a return and used your own label, which is why a return label was not issued through our portal. You are welcome to return the item to us, and we would be happy to assist with an exchange or help you find the right size. Please let us know if you need any further guidance or support with the return process. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to resolving this for you.

At this point in time I still have not received the item I ordered. The delivery company cainiao is appalling. They pretend no one was there to receive the parcel. There is a caretaker and a bell to call him. It is impossible to contact cainao despite sending several mails. I am very disappointed .
Response from ElegattoOct 30, 2025
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We’ve reviewed your order and can confirm that it was shipped via standard delivery, which takes some time due to potential carrier delays and customs processing. The final delivery is handled by your local postal service, which, according to our records, completed the delivery today. We understand your frustration with the process, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, once the package is transferred to the local carrier, we have no control over their delivery schedules or procedures. If you encountered any issues with the delivered package or have further concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer support team directly. We’re here to help resolve any problems and ensure your satisfaction. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
