I haven’t received the order to give you a review!
Response from ElegattoOct 29, 2025
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, Sakina. We sincerely apologize; the review invitation was sent to you prematurely due to an error on our end. Your order is still on its way, and we’d never want to ask for feedback before you’ve had a chance to receive it. Once your order arrives, we’d truly appreciate it if you could update your review with your honest thoughts. Your experience means everything to us, and we want to ensure it’s based on the actual product and service. If you have any questions about your order in the meantime, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Thanks for your understanding!

The size guide is not correct, I made the order depending on it and I got a wrong size, to return the order back or exchange it. I have to bear the shipping charge which is higher than the product itself as I'm outside US.
Response from ElegattoOct 29, 2025
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the sizing issue you experienced. We want to help resolve this for you. Please contact our support team, and they’ll be happy to assist you further with your return or exchange. We appreciate your patience and hope to make this right for you.

I was surprised with product quality. I ordered Argos bracelet, it really looks cool. Love it! The only downside is putting in and removing the lock.
Response from ElegattoOct 29, 2025
Thank you so much for your kind words about the Argos Steel Link bracelet, James. We’re happy to hear you love its design! We appreciate your honest feedback about the locking mechanism as well. Your input helps us improve. In the meantime, please reach out to our customer support team if you need any assistance on how to wear it. Thanks again for choosing us!

I was sent a notification through email and text that my order was delivered, when in fact it's NOT! I call this misinformation.
Response from ElegattoOct 28, 2025
We sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding your order status, Ranel. According to our records, USPS marked your package as delivered, which triggered the notification you received. Occasionally, carriers may scan packages as delivered a bit early while they’re still in transit. We recommend waiting a few more days to see if your order arrives. In the meantime, we’ve sent you an email to follow up—please check your inbox and reply there if you still haven’t received your package or need further assistance. We’re happy to help resolve this for you. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

I had a bracelet that broke not long after receiving it. I contacted customer service and sent a picture of the item. They responded quickly and gave me a store credit which converted the cost of the original item. I ordered something a little different this time but it covered it completely. Very professional service and well appreciated
