Great advertising - but just remember if the size is wrong YOU PAY FOR SHIPPING TO LOS ANGELES !!!! - and it cost me two thirds of the price of the bracelet
Response from ElegattoFeb 24, 2026
Thank you for your feedback, Mark. We're sorry to hear that the return shipping costs were higher than expected. While we do our best to provide clear sizing guides and measurements on every product page to help customers find the right fit, our current policy does require customers to cover the shipping costs for international returns. We understand that this can be frustrating, especially when shipping from further distances, and we truly appreciate your feedback as we look for ways to improve our global customer experience. If you have any other questions or need assistance with a future order, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team directly.
JOSE A.
Your response team for complaint are really delayed and my early request for cancelation on double order went to a deaf ears.
Response from ElegattoFeb 5, 2026
Hi Jose! Thank you for sharing your feedback, and please accept our sincere apologies for the frustration this has caused. To clarify the delay, our support team is offline on weekends. Since your cancellation request was sent on a Saturday, we were unfortunately unable to process it before our warehouse fulfilled the order. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel it. However, you are more than welcome to return the duplicate items through our Return Center once they arrive. We appreciate your patience, and please let us know if you need any further assistance.

Thank you so much for the 5-star review, Bushra! We’re happy to hear that you appreciated the communication. We know how important it is to stay in the loop while waiting for a parcel, so we make it a priority to provide consistent updates until it's safely in your hands. We truly value your support and look forward to your next order with us!
