I ordered a bracelet with expedited shipping on 12/20. On 12/22 I received an email saying my ordered had been shipped and I would get tracking info in the next 24-48 business hours (whatever that means? 2 days or 3-6 days?) When I clicked on the lock to tracking the usps site says tracking not available. I have reached out to customer service via email 3 times. On 12/38 I did receive a response saying that my claim would be “elevated to the fulfillment department”. It’s is 1/6 and I have had no further responses from Elegatto despite two additional emails from me. I have called the number that I listed and called some random person in Seattle Washington!! Not sure why I paid for expedidite shipping if over two weeks later I still do t have the order and no one from the company is responding to me. Very frustrated

Thank you for your feedback, Amanda, and please accept our sincerest apologies for the frustration and lack of clear communication you experienced. We understand how disappointing it is to pay for expedited shipping and face such significant delays. Your order was unfortunately impacted by the high volume of our holiday rush, which led to processing times that fell outside our usual standards. We also want to clarify that Elegatto provides support exclusively via email, and we regret any confusion regarding the phone number you dialed, as it is not an official line for our customer service. We are glad to see that a member of our team has since been in touch and that the issue has been fully resolved. We are working hard to improve our fulfillment and response times to ensure this doesn't happen again, especially during peak seasons. We appreciate your patience and for giving us the chance to make this right.

Disappointed After the Hype I purchased two men’s bracelets as Christmas gifts, and while the advertising was impressive—stylish photos, sleek branding, and promises of quality—the actual product didn’t live up to the hype. The bracelets looked nice at first glance, but the materials felt cheap and flimsy in hand. Even more frustrating, they’re nearly impossible to put on without help. It took two people just to secure them, which makes them impractical for everyday wear. I really wanted to love these, but unfortunately, the quality and functionality just weren’t there.
Response from ElegattoFeb 5, 2026
Thank you for your honest feedback, Tina. We are sorry to hear that your experience with our bracelets didn't live up to the expectations set by our advertising. We strive to balance style with durability, and we regret that the materials felt lighter than you anticipated. Regarding the difficulty with the clasps, we understand that some of our more secure designs can take a moment to get used to. We often suggest resting the wrist on a flat surface while securing the clasp to make it easier to put on by yourself. We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you feel the items are not a good fit for your needs, please reach out to our support team at [email protected]. We would be happy to discuss an exchange for a different style or provide assistance with a return.

Disappointed, asked partner for bracket from this company weeks ago, ordered weeks ago. Still no sign, sent emails, nothing. Never buying off FB ads again. Scammers in my humble opinion.
Response from ElegattoFeb 5, 2026
Thank you for your feedback, David, and please accept our sincere apologies for the frustration caused by the delay in our communication. We can assure you that we are not a scam, but we understand how a lack of updates can lead to that concern. We aim to respond to all customer inquiries within 24 to 48 business hours; however, during peak seasons and high-volume periods, it can take our team a bit longer to catch up. If you do not see a response from us within that timeframe, we highly recommend checking your Spam or Junk folders, as our emails can sometimes be filtered there by mistake. We have looked into your account and are happy to see that your order has now been delivered. If there is anything else you need, please don't hesitate to reach back out to us.

Great customer service experience. During the holidays there was a shipping snafu and the team jumped right in and fixed the issue and rushed to replace the bracelet I ordered. Extremely happy

I recently purchased 3 bracelets, I love them. Reasonably quick arrival given Christmas and public holidays. Excellent quality, great materials and they look good, haven’t taken them off! Likes them so much I ordered more. Well worth the investment.

Thank you so much for the review, CJ! We're very happy to hear that you are enjoying our products. We take great pride in our designs and the quality of our materials, so it is wonderful to see that reflected in your experience. We look forward to seeing you again soon!

Elegatto is the Grinch who stole my husband’s Christmas!! Non existent service. Tracking link said it was delivered but I never received it. I’ve sent 3 emails with no response ( there is no phone # posted anywhere) only an automated email that says to file complaint with USPS. There was plenty of time to ship a replacement out in time for Christmas if they had been responsive, but now my husband will not get a gift. Bah humbug. If there were zero stars on the review I’d choose that, but 1 was the lowest.
Response from ElegattoFeb 5, 2026
Thank you for your feedback, Sally, and please accept our sincerest apologies for the frustration this has caused. We are truly sorry that we missed the mark on making your husband’s Christmas special. We understand how stressful a missing delivery can be. To clarify our response time, we typically aim to reply to all inquiries within 24–48 business hours; however, our team was offline for the holidays to allow our staff time with their families, which resulted in a delay in getting back to you. We also want to confirm that we provide support exclusively via email to ensure every case is documented and tracked correctly. Our records show that a member of our team reached out to offer a replacement for your missing package, but we have not yet received a response from you. We would love to get that replacement shipped out immediately to ensure your husband receives his gift. Please check your Spam or Junk folders for our message, or reach back out to us at [email protected] so we can finalize this for you right away.
