Worse customer service imaginable. My account somehow started being used by hackers for unauthorized voice authorizations so they can verify stolen cards. I was charged for months on end for these charges and nothing was done. I called almost a dozen times and finally at the end they send me a notice saying they are terminating their relationship with me and my services are no longer active. I was never even credited back for those charges. Never will do business with them again.

ALL small businesses just need to read all the reviews here. What a crooked and corrupt company who DOES NOT CARE about customers. READ ALL the reviews here....I beg of - if you can sign-up with a different process - please so so NOW. They do not help you. They over charge - well documented here. They should be put out of business based on all the companies they have hurt. I am sure there are 1,000s more....and I have seen on so many other websites just horrible reviews. My boss and I and just floored how bad this company is. They could care less about customers.

Do not use this company they are thieves. The underwriting team hides their true intentions in the small print with terms and condition not stated clearly. They withdrew $33,431.60 US dollars out of my account and told me they would hold it for up to a year. They are liars and thieves please do not use this company. We have processed with them for a short period of 3 months we are a family owned small buisness and have processed around 120k with them in the last 3 months well they with drew every Penny we processed from July which equaled $33,431.60 we sold some fairly hivalued items and had a good month. Their loss prevention leader Jessica Brite authorized that amount be deducted from my bank account with no authorization to do under her assumption of charge backs and told me that we are a security risk due to us having a high volumes month of processing. How can they just assume anything with no reasoning to assume it. So they go off of their opinions rather than facts. I’m trying to get a class action suit started against them if anyone else who reads this have had issues with them taking large amounts of money from their account please contact me. Elavon are CROOKS! They will take the money and keep it. READ the reviews - this is their business model. You will spend MONTHS contacting them OVER AND OVER & they’ll lie to you! DON’T USE THIS COMPANY. They are dishonest thieves.

this company. they charge back without any notification charge you high % percent like 4.1 and they don't take any responsibility at all horrible business practice i wont recommend it .

If I could give a lower rating than 1 star I would. We experienced fraud on our US Bank business account which resulted in our existing bank account being frozen and a new one opened. Today is day 10 (business days) of Elavon withholding our daily deposits totaling over $22,000 due our company. We were told today Elavon has finally updated our account to reflect the new bank account number however it would be another 1 -3 days before they released the money into our new account.This should have been a simple change with a 24 - 48 hour turnaround but Elavon apparently is unable to offer that type of customer service. Suffice it to say check reviews carefully before you consider even thinking about using this company to process your credit cards. The fees are high and if you are ever in a situation like ours you will need to fight to get Elavon to update your account and release your funds.

If you are a small business don’t use them. They will tell you that you signed a contract saying if you have a dispute from a customer that you have to pay it up front while they go through the process of getting it back. I have been “waiting” in their process for close to 3 months now and they have charged me $15,000 and taken it directly out of my account. I am a small business who is now in the negatives because of this.

One of fraud company , who misguide customer, take money from account and then disconnect service in the middle of business. Sales team charged from my account as system fees, when i called they said go ahead and disconnect , and later on without any info, account was disconnected and money was also withdrawn and customer payment got failed .
