Over charges on refunds are excessive
I use them to process our online business orders, and last week we had a accidental process of an order that we caught and we did process the credit for our customer. Looking back we should have checked our batch log that day to see if the error had been corrected with the credit. It had not, this was a big error and it eneded up costing us about 2300.00 because they claim that it hit our bank as a sale then as a credit. I understand that, however should they honestly keep over 2000.00 of a small businesses money because of an error that the business owner did catch and try to correct. I could see maybe a service fee, but 2300.00 was a bit excess. Not happy with the customer service on the small business end. People make mistakes and for a large corporation to profit off of that just seems, well preditory.
