This company is truly a thieve, I will be having investigation on this company. They have charged excess money, taking money and holding a money that they are not authorized, I will be put a legal complain with the government and I will follow the investigation to the last minute of it. we have been closely watching this company and soon it will be in the news.

If I could give zero stars I would ~ what a miserable company. Been through 4 customer service reps since I started there as they must have all quit. No assistance with PCI compliance and OUTRAGEOUS monthly fees even when you haven’t used their service!!!!

This company is a scam

Wow, truly had to write a positive review using Evalon as my merchant processor. Plamen Brandt a customer satisfaction manager went out of his way making at least a dozen calls and emails to assure I could process my customers credit applications for financing. In 53 years I have never had a better experience, I wish I ran a multi billion dollar company to put him as VP or CEO of company.

The man I talked to to sign up my account was very nice and helpful. Not to long after using it the card reader it broke so we got a different card reader (square) and stopped using the old one. We got a letter saying we owed money a few months later. We called to close the account and pay the fees but the gentleman (Paul I believe) we talk to was very rude to me and my mother and very unprofessional as we are just trying to figure this out. I talk to someone else a lady didn’t catch her name but was in the recovery department she was very helpful and nice and we ended up figuring everything out! So mixed reviews on this company kind of confusing to figure out.

We canceled our service with Elavon in November 2021, but they did not stop charging us until July 2023. They said we canceled PCI Compliance, but not our service. Does that make sense? We have contacted them multiple times, only to be told that a supervisor would call us back and guess what, that has not happened. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

If you're very lucky they'll give you 1 year of processing. When they shut your account off the same day you get the email, immediately remove all funds from your bank account, and close your account. Also if you have any accounts linked to that account close those or drain thoughs also. Also report your credit card lost and get a new one with a new number. That way Elavon won't be able to rob you. They managed to steal 1000 from my account after they closed my processing before I caught it. But I did 2 refunds on them back. Absolute psychopaths. But what processing company isn't. It's no wonder they have such a low rating. Typical psychopathic processing company. Most are these day.

I was a customer of Helcim/Elavon and made the mistake of picking Elavon when they split. I noticed a huge change in my fees almost immediately by as much as 200.00 plus a month for a very small business. They nickel and dime you for everything. Needless to say I'm done with them. I suggest you go to Helcim which was excellent.
