I highly recommend Jared Dennis the consultant at Evon Credit Company for his outstanding service, professionalism, and dedication. Over the past several weeks, he has gone above and beyond to help me resolve credit-related issues, obtain a new machine, and learn how to operate it. Getting a long overdue credit. His hands on approach and consistent communication have made a tremendous difference. Through daily calls, emails, and ongoing support, he has guided me through every step of the process with patience, knowledge, and genuine care. He has always been available to answer my questions, address my concerns, and make sure I never felt like I was navigating the process alone. His commitment to helping his clients succeed truly sets him apart. I am extremely grateful for the time, effort, and personal attention he has given me. I would highly recommend him and Evon Credit Company to any individual, client, or business looking for exceptional service, reliable support, and someone who is willing to go the extra mile. He is truly an asset to Evon Credit Company!

The woman who helped me today was kind, considerate and very patient. She recognized that I was continuing to have trouble and she patiently walked me through the process until I had it worked out. She even had a sense of humor.

This is what every customer service call should be. The rep was friendly, professional and listened. She was patient while I had to type information into the system and stayed on the phone until the problem was solved. Thank you for showing me true customer service still exists!

This representative spent 1 hour and 21 minutes with me making sure everything was perfect with an extremely confusing and convoluted setup for our most recent MID for our business. She got everything fixed and money released from fraud department after finding the issue from initial setup. Wonderful customer service!
