Seems to me that I am not the only one dissapointed by this low grade company Elavon! After being such a loyal customer for almost 6 years bringing so much money to Elavon account, I have been left with a huge dissapintment and trust in other merchant companies out there. My car was stolen almost two months ago along with the credit card terminal, so I called Elavon to let them know straight away about my unfortunate story and to see if they can replace my terminal so that I can continue to do business further. However, the customer representative I talk to(this person could barely explain things professionally and didn't have enough knoledge about the service he suppose to provide me) was very wuick to say back that" madam you need to pay around £200 for the stolen terminal" and not even an appologie to say sorry about what happen to me. The reminal I used for 6 years, was never replaced and it was a heavy brick that did work for 90%of the time, so no complain, but it was not funcy late technology to say that it will cost such a big amount and lets not even mention that it should have been paid by now considering that I also get charged a monthly fee in top of the commisions from sales and other international transaction that was bringing them money on exchange rates. Today I noticed another amount that came from my account as a direct debit, even though I was sure that an email was sent to me to notice me that my contract was terminated at the beginning of this month, so I called them again to find out what the amount stands for. The customer service representative told me that the amount was for the terminal and that it was £259 and not around £200 as I was told in the first place, plus other fees that he explained and they didn't make sense. I feel very engry and upset to have been supportive to such a company for so many years, so please make sure you stay away from ELAVON Merchant Service as they care ZERO for small businesses or perhaps any businesses at all. They didn't seem to care when I told them to close my account, so all the years of doing business with them meant nothing to Elavon sadly. Very bad....very bad...very bad...

Elavon put our account on hold for over 10 day with no money coming in. As a small business we can't survive without founds. The account was put on hold because we were going to take a loan and then decided not to, it take the loan company 2 days to change the account number to them, and its now taking over 10 days to change it back to us, in the mean time they have 10 days of our money. Will be changing merchants for sue.

Elavon suspended my account WITHOUT telling me verbally and in writing. As a business, we need cashflow, I was just surprised that they sent me a letter for an amount of £157.50. They were claiming that it was due to the chargeback of £294 plus which i contested. They took £294 pounds from my account without telling me, i had to call the bank to stop them. They didn't follow the rules that they need to inform me in advance that they will access my account and get the money. It doesn't mean that they have my data, they will just do anything they want. The reason why a business selected a provider was because of TRUST. And now, they suspended my account without me knowing it. The staff even asked me if i noticed that there are no monies being credited in my account. As a client, do we need to guess? This is the final straw and I am moving somewhere else. i will also complaint to the regulator. The staff when asked, i cannot go to the regulator without talking to his supervisor, i asked when is the supervisor coming back to me, he said it will be on the next day. I asked why tomorrow? There's no supervisor in his shift? Stay away from Elavon.

Tyvärr har det varit problem med Autogirot och Elavon har inte dragit sina kostnader när och som de ska. Efter flera månader så har de dragit sin summa då vi varit i kontakt med dem på telefon och epost ett flertal gånger efter att ha fått påminnelser. Obs, det är Elavon som krånglat och inte vårt konto. Påminnelserna har fortsatt efter att de dragit sina kostnader och nu i december har vi fått inkassokrav på faktura från över 1 år tillbaka! Denna summa har de tidigare sagt är betalad och vi har sagt upp avtalet för över ett år sedan med lovord från Elavon att inga kostnader ligger och släpar...tills nu då de plötsligt hittat någon summa som inte är betalad enligt dem. Välj annat inlösenavtal!

Vi har desværre haft en absurd oplevelse med Elavon betalingsindløser. Vi tjekkede vores postkasse og så til vores overraskelse at der lå et inkassokrav som kom fra Intrum justitia? Vi tænke at det selvfølgelig formentlig er en fejl. Efter nærmere undersøgelse viser det sig at der er tale om en tvivlsom faktura som vi aldrig fik svar på fra Elavon tilbage i 2015. Vi opsagde vores samarbejde i 2015 men skulle stadig betale et "gebyr" forud, det var så denne faktura. Efter at have mailet til Elavon omkring denne faktura hører vi intet tilbage. Vi tænker at sagen er løst eftersom vi ikke længere er kunde hos dem... Men mere end 1 år efter (idag) kommer dette inkassokrav pludselig ude af den blå luft. Vi synes det er frækt at man ikke først og fremmest har svaret på vores specifikke henvendelse, og dernæst bryder man loven ved at sende kravet os til inkasso - Loven siger meget tydeligt at der SKAL sendes rykkerbreve før sagen kan overdrages til inkasso. Vi har aldrig fået rykkerbrevet, hverken pr. post eller digitalt. Mails virker fint på begge sider ved vi. Vi kan IKKE anbefale Elavon efter denne oplevelse. De svarer ikke tydeligt på mails (måske pga det norske?) Fakturaen er i dag betalt via inkassofirmaet, men systemet gør det alt for nemt at sende en hvem som helst til inkasso. De skulle skamme sig! Alt i alt. Hold jer væk fra Elavon!
