EIOReviews of eio.com

I have ordered more than once from this site. Sometimes, the item is shipped within hours and other time it takes several days before the item is shipped. I have ordered an item on September 2, 20, it has not been shipped so far today (Sept 9, 20). My expectation is that items ordered by 2:00PM should be shipped on the same day.

Edit: The alcohol did arrive, so I'm increasing my review to 3 stars. But, I also have to point of that it arrived about a week after I posted the original review, so the review might have prompted them to ship it. So I won't go any higher than three stars. Ordered alcohol to make sanitizer. Order E-3080047660. Never received anything. Customer service seem to be limited to ignoring customers. Avoid ordering from this company at all costs.

Quick and responsible

The battery I ordered came quickly and worked great. It was extremely hard to find so I was happy that they carried it.

They take your money, the website says the items are in stock, they don't have the stock and take 10% of your money to refund you for the stock they don't have. AVOID!!!! Update: EIO tried to silence this review and take it down. Many people are saying that EIO is trying to take down reviews of their horrible experiences with EIO. Trustpilot saw all the emails between me and EIO. Everything is 100% true. The review stays!

I would have given it a 5 but it took more tahn a week before it came to me, It was already opened when I got it but since it is a battery . no problem.

Great products, prices, and delivery time.

The Product took a long time to ship even though the site stated it was in stock. Other than that, I received the product in good shape and the transaction was satisfactory. I would purchase through Eio.com but I would not expect fast shipping.
