EIOReviews of eio.com

Their customer service was very responsive. They answered my inquiries quickly and were very helpful. Great product. Would buy from them again.

Very good company. Good place to do business, they have good stuff for sale, they have great customer service. I had to return something, I didn't get the refund I expected, so I called in and spoke with them. We had a good discussion, they're a small business, I get it, but I had my reasons for needing a return/refund. We were able to make lemonade of a situation of lemons. I will do business again, they are very reasonable.

I was happy that is was a exact match, that was originally installed part in my 30+ radio. I was very happy to find a replacement part.

I ran in to the situation as many others had. I placed my order for the N-95 masks on March 14th. They weren't noted as being on back order or out of stock. I touched base a few months after my purchase and was advised they hoped they could ship them soon. After half a year of waiting, I reached out to cancel my order and was surprised that I was charged a cancellation fee in this set of circumstances. I worked with a manager named Rick today, that was very helpful in meeting my needs, and I appreciate his customer service. I understand these situations occur, and as long as there is good customer service, I cant ask for much more.

I called in with questions about some Pelican flashlights and some product features, shipping times, etc. I spoke with John on the phone for like a half hour and he helped me find the flashlight I needed, at the price I wanted and I got it at lightning speed. AWESOME service, will shop there again.

Ordered 20 N95 masks on February 24th and my credit card was charged $112.50. Never received an update nor the masks. I contacted them on September 11th, they advised they will receive them "very soon" and will ship them out. After 6 1/2 months with no update and no masks, I am not confident that they will be shipped. I requested a full refund, eventually, they agreed to refund me. I received the refund on Sept 15th, less a 10% cancellation fee!! I told them they did not have the right to a cancellation fee as they broke the Federal Trade Commissions 30 Day Rule- If, after taking the customer’s order, you learn that you cannot ship within the time you stated or within 30 days, you must seek the customer’s consent to the delayed shipment. If you cannot obtain the customer’s consent to the delay -- either because it is not a situation in which you are permitted to treat the customer’s silence as consent and the customer has not expressly consented to the delay, or because the customer has expressly refused to consent -- you must, without being asked, promptly refund all the money the customer paid you for the unshipped merchandise.- Which they did not comply with and have charged me and many other customers a 10 % fee! I have filed a complaint with the FTC. I also submitted a complaint with the California State Attorney General's Office. Then EIO emails me to email me for more details "we would like the opportunity to make things right and work with you for a mutually beneficial and satisfactory resolution" .... a little late!!!!!! Then a miracle they refund me the unlawful "10 percent change fee". Shame on them ...only after all these complaints!!

I am still waiting for answers/phone call. A similar product was shipped to me. I called to day I received the package and sent several emails. I ordered “Steinel Anniversary Heat Gun”. It did not come with the advertised aluminum tool box nor all of the plastic weld rods. I have received excuses, but not any satisfaction. Please respond, hopefully someone with authority and customer satisfaction skills. Thank you, Paul M. Maciolek

I received my insulated screwdrivers in perfect condition the timing was fast it's a professional company they had the best price of anyone online for the products that I bought. I would certainly do business with them again.
