I was one of the earliest orders of masks in the first week of February. At the time they claimed to have stock. They shipped about 20% of the order. 6 months later, the remaining order still hadn't arrived. I asked for a cancellation/refund. They cancelled the order but now refuse to refund because "paypal sided in their favor" when I tried to make a claim a few days past the 180-day limit. And now they are trying to justify their actions by a blog post? That's not how things work -- regardless that the blog post came out weeks after my order. Face it. You sold merchandise you didn't have, hoping it might become available. When it didn't become available, you only had one option -- refund all orders 100%. You can't collect funds on non-existing inventory and expect to take indefinitely to process them hoping people will forget or expire the deadline for filing disputes with their financial entities. And then the nerve to assess a 10% fee to cancel an order you couldn't fulfill in a reasonable-expected timeframe? Geeze, I guess I should start that business model!

Scam- do not order from - they will take your order even though they do not have the inventory and will refuse to return your monies until you dispute it repeatedly. They changed their policy to now say no refunds - before they charged a 10 percent restocking fee (how do you restock what you don't have)!

My science kit came quickly enough but one of the glass test tubes was broken. It looks as if the box might have been dropped because a number of the items that should be tucked into place in the styrofoam are loose. The plastic is still sealed.

Replacement parts are sometimes available through the manufacturer or if you email us for assistance, we can sometimes work something out.

Like many other folks have written, their plan to attempt to supply folks with masks is a mess and fairly close to a scam. I ordered masks back in March and was charged in full. I've made multiple attempts to get a status update and of course they weren't able to give one. Today I called and finally spoke with a manager named Rick. He was belligerent and disrespectful. In the end he said he would give me an "exception" to cancel the order and refund all but 10%. Seems a bit ridiculous to call it an exception when they simply don't have any plan to come close to actually fulfilling the orders. No updates and no strategy. So how they think it's reasonable to actually keep 10% is simply crazy. In the end I'll get all of my money back, so it's so silly that they are angering (and losing) customers by not being straight with us. Their loss. I've sourced masks elsewhere and will take my business elsewhere. Adding a slight revision to address the response from eio. They've linked to a note on their website. This note was not written back in February. They've updated it with new terms. It's their company and they are free to treat customers as they wish. And we as customers have the freedom to support other companies. We should all vote with our wallets. I myself will support other companies. What's sad is that I try and support small, privately owned companies. And there are many others out there who aren't taking advantage of customers. I appreciate they are saying they aren't price gouging customers. BUT, they are charging people for a product they don't have, and don't have any plans for sourcing. To then keep 10% of a customer's money is simply wrong.

Do Not order from this company! If you still consider ordering, please read all the reviews of EIO on resellerratings.com trustpilot.com and google reviews. All the bad things people said happened to them from this company, will happen to you! I have placed 2 orders online for masks at the beginning of March, it said ship within 2 weeks online. 5 weeks later, I emailed EIO to follow up on my order. I received a response email to inform me that my shipments were delayed, they didn’t have a ship date, but they suggested I should wait because I was in line to receive the order, they will ship them ASAP. I believed them, even I was getting suspicious. Since it was the high of the pandemic, I thought ok give them more time. Another 2 months passed, it was mid June, my credit card has been charged 100% but no call or email regarding shipment, so I decided to follow up. In the email, I also asked for refund if the orders couldn’t be full filled by 6/30. I received the same cookie cutter response from their customer service, explained the delay was caused by 3M, once again they assured me that the orders would take another several weeks, I had to pay in full in order to be on their waiting list. If I wished to cancel the order, I had to email their customer service, but restriction apply. According to the email, they still had no ETA on the shipment, yet they would ship my orders ASAP. I’m not sure it made any sense, but my order was never canceled even I no longer need them. Its mid August, I have been waiting for 5 months, finally I decided to cancel the order over the phone. The guy on the phone gave me a run around, blaming 3M again and again, even telling me that I should have known better on the wait time since I have worked for the health industry. I was denied for the refund because they had paid 3M for my back order. Anyone who has shopped in the store knows that was completely BS. I told them that I had placed the order with EIO company, I paid them directly. It’s EIO’s job to secure their supplies. If they don’t have the supplies from their supplier, they have to refund the $ to all the customers. What happened between EIO and 3M, that’s between the 2 companies. I made the purchase based on product availability of EIO ( within 2 weeks) It’s no different than shopping in any stores or super market. Even 3M allow cancellation 30 days prior to the shipment. I have been waiting for 5 months. At the end, The guy refused to cancel my order, on top of it, he couldn’t give me the ETA on my orders either. He said his manager will email me. Guess what! No one has emailed me after 2 days. They are not only liar and scammer, they will rob you. This was supposed to be a good company a year ago, but you see the true color and the ugly side of this company during the tested time. They don’t deserve the support and business from the community. Product was exactly as advertised. Shipping was a little slower than expected but packaging was good. Overall I am pleased with the purchase and will order again.

Product was good. Shipping took too long. Communication would have helped on estimated delivery date. EIO status showed shipped, but carriers status showed "Label Created" for a week before the package actually started moving.
