I ordered an item in February and after 7 months I still have not received it. I asked for a refund and they told me it was nonrefundable. They straight up stole my money. I am now going through the hassle of filing a BBB complaint. Avoid this place if you don't want to be robbed. **Update** When ordering the items I was given the impression that they were in stock and the company is still giving that impression. Apparently, they have an F rating with the BBB and have not responded to a single complaint. This is a mask selling scam and I have reported it to the FTC. Also, my item was NOT made to order, it was just a cloth respirator for a family wood and paint project. Another update: After complaining to the FTC and BBB they refunded my money 11 months later! They also sent me an e-mail threatening me for leaving a review about my terrible experience. Horrible company.

Everything was great but I ordered the product in purple and instead received it in bright orange. Disappointing because I searched and searched for that color.

EIO is a scamming company. I ordered N95 masks March 3. Still have yet to receive. E-mail response, May 3, I got from them was that I would get them in several weeks. IT IS NOW THREE MONTHS AFTER THAT, August 5, AND I STILL DON'T HAVE THEM. I asked for a refund and their response was that they are NON CANCELLABLE NON REFUNDABLE. Their site didn't say that when I bought them. Run away from EIO as fast as you can.

Same N95 mask scam. When I ordered in February I was told I could get a refund. Few months later they were asking for a 10% restocking fee (for a product they couldn't even obtain!) Now in August I am being told my purchase is non-refundable. Contact the CA AG. With enough complaints they will open up a case. *UPDATE! After contacting the California Attorney General, disputing it with my credit card company & posting this review, I received a refund (minus 10%.) My husband says we've been scammed, but I'm ready to move on unless my experience is necessary for legal purposes. FILE WITH THE CALIFORNIA ATTORNEY GENERAL!!! *My masks are not "custom". They are just like every other one in a box mass produced by 3M. *I ordered my masks before February 28th. Your statement does not apply to my order.

Same experience on the N95 masks ordered in February after a couple of emails to get status decided to wait a bit longer due to covid now in August being told by MATT I cannot cancel and can't get a refund,this is a B.S company and I'm going to check on a class action lawsuit.

scammer website, purchased N95 mask since Feb，12th，I connect with them both phone call and email，Rude service once they cut down my phone. I have voice record with their staff. they even change their site policy ，No cancellation and No refundable over 5month so far.

easy to order, shipped on time, product was as stated. will be ordering from here again
