When so many companies off load their support to AI and automated machines, it's nice to deal with a business that still uses and relies on people. Ordered a tool set, expecting a 2 week wait. They get in touch with me to let me now that the company extended the timeline for the back order. So instead of waiting I talked with the guy and he was able to suggest an alternative set that was close enough to what I wanted and it was one they happened to still have inventory on hand for. Usually this would an entire process with other companies as I would have to go through the machine to get to a person who would need for me to go through a process. In fact, a lot of places won't tell you when a wait time increases. They'll leave you hanging until you call in yourself and learn what happened. Dealing with a person right off the bat, I got everything taken care of that phone call and my tool were delivered Friday. Support was a great guy.

Ordering was set up to be simple and my item arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I will definitely order again soon.

EIO’s shipping was slow - the Picard rock hammer I ordered took nearly three months to deliver. But it arrived as described and in good condition. The price was great. I tried to contact EIO by phone on several occasions but was only able to leave voicemail messages… which were never answered. There’s no way to send email or text messages to them. They sent a single initial “order received” text message, a “delivery on the way message” a few days before it arrived, and a “delivered” message. No other communication occurred. My item status on their website was listed as “unfulfilled” for over two months. I figured that might mean the item was undergoing longterm back order. I tried to call to cancel the order via phone messages several times. I ordered the same item from a competitor - which arrived within a week. EIO shipped my order three weeks after I’d bought the same hammer elsewhere. EIO’s hammer was considerably cheaper, and of equivalent quality. So if you don’t mind waiting for months without any way of contacting them, while receiving minimal communication… they are great.
