I ordered this in January and just received it at the end of June. I kept in touch with customer service and they kept me informed of the shipping delays from the manufacturer due to Covid. We are very happy with the product and the company's response.

They had the item I wanted and were even able to change the delivery location when we realized the time it would take. The item arrived as promised and even though the USPS tracking information is confusing and not always accurate, the item arrived on time!! The EIO customer service was top notch!
