Recd product as ordered, thank you

Took 3 weeks to receive my item. Paid for on 5/13 and received on 6/4. Apparently the item was not stocked and they we waiting on shipment to arrive. Once they shipped it only took 2 days to get here which was nice.

Your company did a very good job, product was correct and the order was filled very fast..

This is the first time I've used EIO and they were great to work with, fast to ship and kept me informed on my order.

Best prices! Easy purchase and fast shipping!! Thank you 🙏🏻

was as described and fast service

Very pleasant convo with your customer service rep who was very helpful.

I purchased a server chassis that has been very hard to find over the course of several months and was skeptical to purchase form EIO given the type of product in comparison to the hand tools and supplies advertised. However the product arrived roughly 3.5 weeks since purchase and is exactly as expected. The only wish that I could have was more communication on the status of the order including any delays. The product showed as shipped 1 week after purchase but was delayed without notification unless requested for comment. The product wouldn't really leave a warehouse and make its way to my doorstep for an addition 2 weeks. But I cannot complain too much as I'm overjoyed this chassis was delivered and in excellent packaging and condition. Thank you EIO.
