I looked and looked before purchasing from EIO. This crimper had been back ordered for 10 months. When I called to cancel, the representative checked, then told me “We just now have some coming in, after 10 months!” Within 2 weeks, I had it. He didn’t have to go to that much trouble, but did; and I desperately needed the crimper. I will go back to EIO!

Everything was perfect

I recently placed an order with this company, eio.com, even though I had never heard of them before. I ordered mid-day on Wed and it arrived at my home in Alabama on Friday which took me by surprise. Of note, my order summary didn't show any amount for shipping and taxes (not sure if they built it into the price of the item or what).

There was a delay in shipment for some reason, I assume it was product availability. At any rate EIO sent me notification which included the offer to cancel the order. I was surprised by that offer so I decided that a company that would offer cancelling the order must believe in taking care of the customer even if it means losing the order. I waited about 3 weeks and the product was shipped to me. The product was everything as advertised and I am quite happy with the entire transaction. If the need or opportunity to do business with EIO ever arises I will not hesitate to order from you and I will highly recommend your company to any of my acquaintances. Thank you.
