The product was wonderful but it took 3 months to get the item. I understand that is was on back order but the communication was lacking. It was never indicated when I purchased the item that it was on back order. A little heads up would have been nice. Otherwise everything was good.

We replied to every email the customer sent. Unfortunately, we are a small, family-owned business and are not able to proactively watch every single back order and send frequent updates of every step of the backorder process. Thus we replied to every email we received as we can only respond to emails about status not send out constant alerts. We opted to do this process as customers complained about receiving too many useless emails.
